Description
도 2는 C16Cer(CER[N(16)S(18)])의 농도와 신호세기(피크면적비)에 대한 검정곡선을 나타낸다.
도 3은 사람 각질중 CER[NS] 세라마이드들의 양(amount)을 나타낸다.
도 4는 사람 각질중 CER[NS] 세라마이드들의 비(ratio)를 나타낸다.
도 5는 C18Cer 비와 TEWL 사이의 피어슨 상관관계 분석(Pearson's correlation analysis)을 이용한 상관관계 분석 결과를 나타낸다.
도 6은 C20Cer 비와 TEWL 사이의 피어슨 상관관계 분석을 이용한 상관관계 분석 결과를 나타낸다.
도 7은 건강한 지원자들(N=20)의 각질시료로부터 구한 각 지원자들의 CER[NS] 비의 주성분 분석(Principal component analysis) 결과를 나타낸다.
도 8은 각 지원자들의 각질 중 C16Cer, C24Cer 비와 보습능(TEWL)과의 상관관계도를 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (3)
- a) 피험자 피부 각질 시료를 수득하는 단계;
b) 상기 수득된 각질 시료의 경피수분증발량(TEWL)을 측정하는 단계;
c) 크로마토그램을 이용하여 상기 단계 a)에서 수득된 각질 시료 내 포함된 8종 세라마이드(C16Cer, C18Cer, C18:1Cer, C20Cer, C24Cer, C24:1Cer, C16SM 및 C18SM)의 각 함량을 측정하는 단계;
d) 통계분석을 통해 상기 경피수분증발량(TEWL) 및 각 세라마이드 함량과의 상관관계 함수를 도출하는 단계; 및
e) 상기 도출된 상관관계 함수를 이용하여, 피부 보습력 평가 대상자의 피부 각질 내 세라마이드 함량으로부터 대상자의 피부 보습력을 수치화하는 단계;
를 포함하는, 피부 내 보습력 평가 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 세라마이드 함량 측정은 UPLC-MS/MS-ESI를 이용하여 이루어지는 방법.
- 1) 피부 각질 시료를 수득하여 상기 수득된 각질 시료 내 포함된 세라마이드 중 C12 내지 C18의 짧은 사슬 세라마이드 및 C20 내지 C30의 긴 사슬 세라마이드의 각 함량을 측정하는 단계;
2) 피부에 시험 대상 화장료를 도포한 후 피부 각질 시료를 수득하여 수득된 각질 시료 내 포함된 세라마이드 중 C12 내지 C18의 짧은 사슬 세라마이드 및 C20 내지 C30의 긴 사슬 세라마이드의 각 함량을 측정하는 단계; 및
3) 상기 1) 단계 및 2) 단계에서 측정한 C12 내지 C18의 짧은 사슬 세라마이드 및 C20 내지 C30의 긴 사슬 세라마이드의 각 함량 변화로부터 도포된 화장료의 보습력을 결정하는 단계;
를 포함하는, 보습력을 상승시키는 화장료의 스크리닝 방법.
