Claims (4)
- 기판 후면에 일정크기의 방열판이 결합되는 복수개의 엘이디모듈;
상기 엘이디모듈의 상부에 빛을 집광하기 위해 결합되는 집광렌즈;
상기 엘이디모듈이 내면에 일정간격으로 안착되어지되, 상기 엘이디모듈에 결합된 방열판이 면 접촉되어 열전달 가능하도록 기하학적인 다수개의 다면접촉부가 구비되는 조명하우징;
상기 조명하우징의 내면에 안착된 전체 엘이디모듈의 집광렌즈를 동시에 고정할 수 있도록 복수개의 렌즈고정공이 구비되어 상기 조명하우징의 상면으로 결합되는 집광렌즈 고정커버;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 조명등의 조립구조. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 방열판은 조립시 안착성을 높이기 위해 그 후면에 써멀그리스가 도포되어 다면접촉부에 안착되고, 상기 방열판 및 상기 방열판과 면접촉되는 조명하우징은 상기 엘이디모듈에서 발생되는 열이 외부로 용이하게 방출될 수 있도록 열전달성능이 우수한 알루미늄재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 조명등의 조립구조. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 조명하우징에는 복수개의 체결공이 관통 형성되고, 상기 집광렌즈 고정커버 내측에는 상기 체결공에 끼워질 수 있는 일정길이의 고정부재가 구비되어, 상기 조명하우징에 조립된 집광렌즈 고정커버가 조명하우징의 후면에서 상기 체결공에 끼워진 고정부재에 고정나사가 체결되어 고정되는 구조로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 조명등의 조립구조. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 조명하우징의 후면에는 소정의 방열공이 구비된 방열커버 또는 방열핀이 탈부착 가능한 구조로 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는 의료용 조명등의 조립구조.
