Claims (10)
- 알루미늄재와,
상기 알루미늄재의 표면 상에 형성된 유전체층과,
상기 알루미늄재와 상기 유전체층의 사이에서 상기 알루미늄재 표면의 적어도 일부의 영역에 형성된, 알루미늄과 탄소를 포함하는 개재층을 구비하고,
상기 유전체층은 밸브 금속을 포함하는 유전체 입자를 포함하고,
상기 유전체 입자 표면의 적어도 일부에 유기물층이 형성되어 있는
전극 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 밸브 금속은 티탄, 탄탈, 하프늄, 지르코늄 및 니오브로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 어느 1종 이상인
전극 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 유전체층의 두께는 0.5㎛ 이상인
전극 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 개재층은 결정화한 알루미늄의 탄화물을 포함하는
전극 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 개재층은 알루미늄 산화물을 포함하는
전극 구조체.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 전극 구조체를 구비한 콘덴서.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 전극 구조체를 구비한 전지.
- 밸브 금속을 포함하는 유전체 입자와 바인더의 혼합물을 알루미늄재의 표면 상에 형성하는 혼합물층 형성 공정과,
탄화수소 함유 물질을 포함하는 공간에 혼합물층이 형성된 상기 알루미늄재를 배치한 상태로 가열하는 가열 공정을 구비한
전극 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 가열 공정은 450℃ 이상 660℃ 미만의 온도 범위에서 실시되는
전극 구조체의 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,
상기 가열 공정 후, 산소를 포함하는 공간에 상기 알루미늄재를 배치한 상태로 가열하는 공정을 더 구비한
전극 구조체의 제조 방법.
