Abstract
본 발명에 따른 스캐너는, 유기반도체 물질을 포함하여 광을 감지하는 광센서가 2차원 평면에 배열되어 있는 광센서 어레이, 광센서 어레이의 광센서를 어드레싱하는 어드레싱 수단, 어드레싱 수단에서 어드레싱된 광센서에 의하여 감지된 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환하는 신호처리 수단, 신호처리 수단에서 변환된 디지털 신호를 외부 장치로 전송하는 전송 수단을 포함한다.

Claims (7)
- 유기반도체 물질을 포함하여 광을 감지하는 광센서가 2차원 평면에 배열되어 있는 광센서 어레이;
상기 광센서 어레이의 광센서를 어드레싱하는 어드레싱 수단;
상기 어드레싱 수단에서 어드레싱된 광센서에 의하여 감지된 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환하는 신호처리 수단; 및
상기 신호처리 수단에서 변환된 디지털 신호를 외부 장치로 전송하는 전송 수단;
을 포함하는, 스캐너. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 광센서는,
유기 반도체 물질을 포함하고, 입사되는 광에 의하여 전자와 정공이 생성되는 광활성층;
상기 광활성층의 상부 또는 하부 중 어느 한 쪽에 패터닝되고, 상기 광활성층에서 생성된 전자가 이동되는 제1 전도성 패턴; 및
상기 광활성층의 상부 또는 하부 중 다른 한쪽에 패터닝되고, 상기 광활성층에서 생성된 정공이 이동되는 제2 전도성 패턴;
을 포함하는, 스캐너. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 유기반도체 물질은, 전자주게 및 전자받게로 기능하고,
상기 전자주게(donor)는, PVK (Poly(N-vinylcarbazole)), PCPDTBT [2,6-(4,4-bis(2-ethylhexyl)-4H-cyclopenta[2,1-b;3,4-b']-dithiophene)-alt-4,7-(2,1,3-benzothiadiazole)], PFDTBT[poly((2,7-(9,9-dioctyl)-fluorene)-alt-5,5-(4',7'-di-2-thienyl-2',1',3'-benzothiadiazole)], PTBEHT[poly(5,7-di-2-thienyl-2,3-bis(3,5-di(2-ethylhexyloxy)phenyl)-thieno[3,4-b]pyrazine], P3HT[poly(3-hexylthiophene)], MDMO-PPV[poly[2-methoxy-5-(3',7'-dimethyloctyloxy)-1,4-phenylene vinylene] 중 어느 하나로 구성되며,
상기 전자받게(acceptor)는 PCBM으로 구성되는,

상기 유기반도체 물질은, PVK (Poly(N-vinylcarbazole)), PCPDTBT [2,6-(4,4-bis(2-ethylhexyl)-4H-cyclopenta[2,1-b;3,4-b']-dithiophene)-alt-4,7-(2,1,3-benzothiadiazole)], PFDTBT[poly((2,7-(9,9-dioctyl)-fluorene)-alt-5,5-(4',7'-di-2-thienyl-2',1',3'-benzothiadiazole)], PTBEHT[poly(5,7-di-2-thienyl-2,3-bis(3,5-di(2-ethylhexyloxy)phenyl)-thieno[3,4-b]pyrazine], P3HT[poly(3-hexylthiophene)], MDMO-PPV[poly[2-methoxy-5-(3',7'-dimethyloctyloxy)-1,4-phenylene vinylene] 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는,

상기 제1 전도성 패턴은, Ag, Au, Al 중 어느 하나를 포함하고,
상기 제2 전도성 패턴은, ITO(Indium-Tin Oxide), 탄소나노튜브(CNT), AZO(Aluminum-doped Zinc Oxide), 산화아연(ZnO), FTO(Fluorine-doped tin oxide), PEDOT:PSS Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) poly(styrenesulfonate)) 중 어느 하나를 포함하며,
상기 제2 전도성 패턴은 투명전극으로 기능하는,

상기 제1 전도성 패턴 및 상기 제2 전도성 패턴은, ITO(Indium-Tin Oxide), 탄소나노튜브(CNT), AZO(Aluminum-doped Zinc Oxide), 산화아연(ZnO), FTO(Fluorine-doped tin oxide), PEDOT:PSS Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) poly(styrenesulfonate)) 중 어느 하나를 포함하고,
상기 제1 전도성 패턴 및 상기 제2 전도성 패턴은 투명전극으로 기능하는,
스캐너. - 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 광활성층과 상기 제1 전도성패턴 사이에 형성되고, 상기 전자의 이동을 도와주는 전자수송층; 및
상기 광활성층과 상기 제2 전도성패턴 사이에 형성되고, 상기 정공의 이동을 도와주는 전자수송층;
을 더 포함하고,
상기 전자수송층은, 산화아연(ZnO), TiOx 중 어느 하나 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하며,
상기 정공수송층은 PEDOT:PSS(Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) poly(styrenesulfonate))를 포함하는,
