Abstract
본 발명의 로봇 시스템은 작업 대상물(10)과, 상기 작업 대상물(10)에 대하여 작업하는 로봇(5, 6)과, 상기 작업 대상물(10)을 위치 결정하는 포지셔너(7, 8)를 구비하고, 상기 포지셔너(7, 8)의 가대(24) 상에 상기 로봇(5, 6)을 구비한 것이다.

Claims (5)
- 작업 대상물과, 상기 작업 대상물에 대하여 작업하는 로봇과, 상기 작업 대상물을 위치 결정하는 포지셔너를 구비하고, 상기 포지셔너의 프레임 상에 상기 로봇이 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로봇 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포지셔너의 프레임에는, 상기 로봇의 동작으로 발생하는 모멘트 하중에 의한 요동을 억제하는 리브 구조가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로봇 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 리브 구조는, 제1 리브 및 제2 리브 중 적어도 하나를 구비하고, 상기 제1 리브는 상기 로봇의 좌우 동작에 따른 요동을 억제하도록 마련되며, 상기 제2 리브는 상기 로봇의 전후 동작에 따른 요동을 억제하도록 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로봇 시스템.
- 작업 대상물을 위치 결정하는 포지셔너로서,
프레임과,
상기 프레임 내의 리브 구조
를 포함하고, 상기 프레임의 상면에 로봇이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포지셔너. - 제4항에 있어서, 상기 리브 구조는, 상기 포지셔너를 동작시키는 구동 모터를 배치한 후에 부설되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포지셔너.
