Claims (18)
- 가스 배리어성을 가지며 내부에 소정의 감압 공간을 형성하는 외피; 및서로 적층되는 복수의 메시부재를 구비하여 상기 외피의 내부에서 상기 외피를 지지하는 코어를 포함하는 진공단열재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 각 메시부재는, 서로 나란하게 배치되는 복수의 제1와이어, 서로 나란하게 배치되고 상기 제1와이어와 교차하게 배치되는 복수의 제2와이어를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1와이어 및 제2와이어는 합성수지부재로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1와이어 및 제2와이어는 서로 점접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1와이어 및 제2와이어는 상하방향을 따라 서로 교호적으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1와이어 및 제2와이어는, 중심에 배치되는 금속부와, 상기 금속부의 외면에 코팅되는 합성수지부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1와이어 및 제2와이어를 고정하는 고정부를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 외피의 내부에는 가스 성분을 흡수하는 게터가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 외피의 내부 진공도는 10-4 내지 10-2 Torr인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 외피는, 필름본체와, 상기 필름본체의 표면에 금속을 라미네이팅하여 형성되는 라미네이팅층을 구비한 금속 라미네이팅 필름을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,미세 공극을 가지는 분말로 형성되고 상기 외피의 내부에 충전되는 충전재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 충전재는 SiO2, TiO2, Al2O3 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 충전재는 에어로겔 및 훈증 실리카 중 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 외피의 내부 진공도는 10-1 내지 10 Torr인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단 열재.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 외피는, 필름본체와,상기 필름본체의 외면에 금속 또는 무기계물질을 증착하여 형성된 증착층을 구비한 증착필름을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공단열재.
- 제1항의 진공단열재를 구비한 냉장고.
- 가스 배리어성을 가지는 외피 및 복수의 메시부재를 형성하는 단계;상기 외피의 내부에 복수의 메시부재를 적층하는 단계; 및상기 외피의 내부가 소정의 진공도를 유지할 수 있게 상기 외피의 내부를 감압하는 단계를 포함하는 진공단열재의 제조방법.
- 가스 배리어성을 가지는 외피 및 복수의 메시부재를 형성하는 단계;상기 외피의 내부에 복수의 메시부재를 적층하는 단계;상기 외피의 내부에 미세 공극을 가지는 분말로 된 충전재를 삽입하는 단계; 및상기 외피의 내부가 소정의 진공도를 유지할 수 있게 상기 외피의 내부를 감압하는 단계를 포함하는 진공단열재의 제조방법.
