Description
Claims (30)
- 공중합체로서,
(a) 실리카 나노입자, 지르코니아 나노입자, 티타니아 나노입자 및 그 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 (메트)아크릴레이트 작용화된 나노입자,
(b) 비닐단량체, 및
(c) 다음 화학식으로 나타낸 메르캅토-작용성 실리콘의 반응산물을 포함하는 공중합체:
여기서:
p는 1 내지 약 1000이고,
m은 1 내지 약 40이고,
R3은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있는 1가 부분으로서 이는 독립적으로 알킬, 아릴, 알카릴, 알콕시, 알킬아미노, 하이드록실, 및 플루오로알킬로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고,
(d) R4는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있는 2가 결합기로서 이는 독립적으로 알킬렌, 알카릴렌, 및 알콕시알킬렌으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된다. - 제 1 항에 있어서, (메트)아크릴레이트 작용화된 나노입자는 실리카 나노입자인 공중합체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, (메트)아크릴레이트 작용화된 나노입자는 실리카 나노입자 및 3-메타크릴옥시프로필트라이메톡시실란의 반응산물인 공중합체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 나노입자는 평균 입자 직경 크기가 약 5 ㎚ 내지 약 100 ㎚인 공중합체.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 나노입자는 평균 입자 직경 크기가 약 5 ㎚, 약 8 ㎚, 또는 약 20 ㎚인 공중합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, p는 약 50 내지 약 200인 공중합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, m은 약 2 내지 약 8인 공중합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, R3은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있는 알킬인 공중합체.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, R3은 메틸기인 공중합체.

- 제 14 항에 있어서, 비닐단량체는 메틸(메트)아크릴레이트, 아이소보닐(메트)아크릴레이트, 부틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, 아이소프로필(메트)아크릴레이트, 옥타데실(메트)아크릴레이트, 스티렌, (메트)아크릴산, 아크릴로니트릴, N-비닐피롤리돈, 및 그 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 공중합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 공중합체의 비닐중합체 분절은 평균 분자량이 약 500 내지 약 100,000인 공중합체.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 공중합체의 비닐중합체 분절은 평균 분자량이 약 4000 내지 약 8000인 공중합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (메트)아크릴레이트 작용화된 실리카 나노입자 대 비닐단량체와 메르캅토-작용성 실리콘의 중량비는 약 10:90 이하인 공중합체.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, (메트)아크릴레이트 작용화된 실리카 나노입자 대 비닐단량체와 메르캅토-작용성 실리콘의 중량비는 약 5:95 이하인 공중합체.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, (메트)아크릴레이트 작용화된 실리카 나노입자 대 비닐단량체와 메르캅토-작용성 실리콘의 중량비는 약 2:98인 공중합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 메르캅토-작용성 실리콘 대 비닐단량체의 중량비는 약 10:90 내지 약 30:70인 공중합체.
- 제 1 항의 공중합체를 포함하고 코팅성이 있는 조성물.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 조성물이 이형코팅인 조성물.
- 제 22 항의 조성물로 코팅된 표면이 하나 이상 있는 기재를 포함하는 제품.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 기재는 종이, 금속시트, 금속호일, 부직포, 또는 열가소성 수지의 필름을 포함하는 제품.
