Claims (4)
- 다단식 드라이 펌프로서:
각각이 실린더와 상기 실린더에 수용된 로터를 포함하는 복수의 펌프실;
복수의 상기 로터의 회전축이 되는 제1 로터 샤프트;
상기 제1 로터 샤프트를 회전 가능하게 지지하며, 상기 제1 로터 샤프트의 축방향 이동을 규제하는 고정 베어링;
상기 제1 로터 샤프트를 회전 가능하게 지지하며, 상기 제1 로터 샤프트의 축방향 이동을 허용하는 자유 베어링;을 구비하고,
상기 복수의 펌프실은 상기 고정 베어링과 상기 자유 베어링 사이에 배치되고;
상기 복수의 펌프실 중, 흡기측 압력이 낮은 제1 펌프실이, 상기 고정 베어링에 가깝게 배치되어 있는; 것을 특징으로 하는 다단식 드라이 펌프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고정 베어링을 사이에 두고 상기 자유 베어링의 반대쪽에 배치되고, 상기 제1 로터 샤프트에 회전 구동력을 부여하는 전동기;
복수의 상기 로터의 회전축이 되는 제2 로터 샤프트;
상기 고정 베어링과 상기 전동기 사이에 배치되고, 상기 제1 로터 샤프트로부터 상기 제2 로터 샤프트로 회전 구동력을 전달하는 타이밍 기어;를 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 다단식 드라이 펌프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 로터 샤프트의 내부에, 상기 제1 로터 샤프트보다 전열 능력이 높은 전열 부재가 배치되고,
상기 전열 부재의 단부는, 상기 제1 로터 샤프트의 상기 자유 베어링쪽의 단부로 노출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다단식 드라이 펌프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 펌프실 중 압축일량이 최대가 되는 상기 펌프실에서의 상기 로터와 상기 실린더간의 상기 축방향에서의 간극은, 상기 복수의 펌프실 중 다른 상기 펌프실에서의 상기 로터와 상기 실린더간의 상기 축방향에서의 간극보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 다단식 드라이 펌프.
