Claims (9)
- 50℃ 내지 250℃ 온도 범위에서의 선팽창계수가 5 내지 30ppm/℃이고, 체적저항값이 108~1013Ω㎝ 인 이음매가 없는 관형 벨트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,탄성률이 3.0GPa 이상이고, 내굴곡성이 4000회 이상인 관형 벨트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,폴리아미드 수지, 폴리이미드 수지 및 폴리스티렌 수지 중 선택된 적어도 1종 이상을 포함하여 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 관형 벨트.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,폴리이미드 수지는 방향족 환 사이에 -O-, -CO-, -NHCO-, -S-, -SO2-, -CO-O-, -CH2-, -C(CH3)2- 사슬을 포함하지 않는 경성 디안하이드라이드 및 디아민 단량체를 전체 단량체 10몰비를 기준할 때 적어도 2몰비 이상으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 관형 벨트.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,폴리이미드 수지는 경성 디안하이드라이드 및 디아민 단량체를 전체 단량체 10몰비를 기준할 때 2~9.5몰비로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 관형 벨트.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,케첸블랙(ketjen black), 아세틸렌블랙(acetylene black), 퍼니스블랙(furnace black) 및 카본 나노튜브(Carbon nanotube) 중 선택된 1종 또는 그 이상의 전도성 필러를 수지 100중량부에 대하여 1.5~20중량부로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 관형 벨트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,화상형성장치 내에서 토너를 전사한 후 정착하는 기능을 순차로 반복 수행하는 관형 벨트.
- 제 7 항의 관형 벨트를 포함하는 화상형성장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 관형 벨트를 단일로 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치.
