Description
Claims (9)
- 가변 용량형 유압 펌프와 가변 용량형 유압 모터를 폐회로 접속하여 형성되고, 상기 유압 모터의 변위 용적을 제어하는 모터 제어부를 갖는 주행용의 제1 회로와,작업용 유압 펌프로부터의 압유에 의해 작업용 유압 액추에이터를 구동하는 작업용의 제2 회로와,상기 제2 회로의 부하압에 따라서 상기 유압 모터의 변위 용적의 최대값을 제한하는 최대값 제한부를 구비하고,상기 최대값 제한부는, 상기 제2 회로의 부하압이 소정값을 초과하면, 상기 변위 용적의 최대값을, 상기 제2 회로의 최대 부하압에 대응한 최소 제한값까지 감소시키는, 작업 차량의 주행 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 작업용 유압 액추에이터는, 버킷을 구동하는 버킷용 실린더와, 버킷 지지용의 아암을 구동하는 아암용 실린더를 갖고,상기 소정값은, 미리 상기 버킷용 실린더의 구동에 의한 최대 부하압으로 설정되는, 작업 차량의 주행 제어 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수동 조작에 의해 상기 최소 제한값을 설정하는 제한값 설정부를 더 구비하는, 작업 차량의 주행 제어 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 최대값 제한부는, 상기 제2 회로의 부하압이 상기 소정값을 초과하고, 또한 상기 제1 회로의 구동압이 소정값을 초과하면, 시간 경과에 수반하여 상기 변위 용적의 최대값을 상기 최소 제한값까지 단계적으로 감소시키는, 작업 차량의 주행 제어 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 최대값 제한부는, 상기 제2 회로의 부하압이 상기 소정값을 초과하고, 또한 상기 제1 회로의 구동압이 소정값을 초과하면, 시간 경과에 수반하여 상기 변위 용적의 최대값을 상기 최소 제한값까지 서서히 감소시키는, 작업 차량의 주행 제어 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 최대값 제한부는, 상기 제2 회로의 부하압이 상기 소정값을 초과하면, 상기 제2 회로의 부하압이 상기 소정값을 초과하지 않는 경우보다도 상기 변위 용적의 최대값의 감소 비율을 크게 하는, 작업 차량의 주행 제어 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 최대값 제한부는,미리 정해진 제1 특성에 따라서 상기 제1 회로의 부하압에 따른 상기 유압 모터의 제1 변위 용적을 연산하는 제1 연산 회로와,미리 정해진 제2 특성에 따라서 상기 제2 회로의 부하압에 따른 상기 유압 모터의 제2 변위 용적을 연산하는 제2 연산 회로와,상기 연산된 제1 변위 용적 및 상기 제2 변위 용적 중 어느 작은 쪽의 값으로 상기 변위 용적의 최대값을 제한하도록 제어 신호를 출력하는 출력 회로를 갖고,상기 제2 특성은, 상기 제2 회로의 부하압이 상기 소정값을 초과하면 상기 제2 변위 용적이 상기 최소 제한값까지 감소하도록 설정되는, 작업 차량의 주행 제어 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제2 특성은, 상기 제2 회로의 부하압이 상기 소정값 미만의 범위에서, 상기 제2 변위 용적이 상기 제1 특성의 최대값에 일치하도록 설정되는, 작업 차량의 주행 제어 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 회로의 최대 부하압은 릴리프 밸브에 의해 규제되는 릴리프 압력인, 작업 차량의 주행 제어 장치.
