Abstract

Claims (9)
- 인을 흡착 및/또는 함유시킨 본드 자석용 페라이트 입자 분말에 있어서, 상기 페라이트 중 인의 함유량이, P로서 120 내지 5000 mg/kg(0.012 내지 0.50 중량%)인 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 페라이트 입자 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인으로서 200 내지 400 ℃에서 분해 및/또는 분자내 탈수를 일으키지 않는 인산 화합물을 사용하는 본드 자석용 페라이트 입자 분말.
- 유기 결합제 성분과 본드 자석용 페라이트 입자 분말을 포함하는 본드 자석용 수지 조성물에 있어서, 상기 페라이트 입자 분말의 함유량이 본드 자석용 수지 조성물에 대하여 70 내지 95 중량%이고, 인 함유량이 P로서 100 내지 4000 mg/kg(0.010 내지 0.40 중량%)인 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 수지 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 인으로서 200 내지 400 ℃에 있어서 분해 및/또는 분자내 탈수를 일으키지 않는 인산 화합물을 사용하는 본드 자석용 수지 조성물.
- 유기 결합제 성분, 본드 자석용 페라이트 입자 분말 및 실란 커플링제를 포함하는 본드 자석용 수지 조성물에 있어서, 상기 페라이트 입자 분말의 함유량이 본드 자석용 수지 조성물에 대하여 70 내지 95 중량%이고, 인 함유량이 P로서 100 내지 4000 mg/kg(0.010 내지 0.40 중량%)이고, 규소 함유량이 SiO2로서 1000 내지 10000 mg/kg(0.10 내지 1.0 중량%)인 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 수지 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 인으로서 200 내지 400 ℃에서 분해 및/또는 분자내 탈수를 일으키지 않는 인산 화합물을 사용하는 본드 자석용 수지 조성물.
- 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기 결합제 성분이 폴리아미드 수지인 본드 자석용 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 본드 자석용 페라이트 입자 분말 또는 제3항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 본드 자석용 수지 조성물 중 어느 하나로 이루어지는 성형체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 성형체가 마그네트 롤인 성형체.
