Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 백시트에 결합되는 톱시트 및 선택적인 부 톱시트를 포함하며, 그들 사이에 배치되는 흡수 코어 재료를 갖는 흡수용품으로서, 상기 흡수 코어 재료는 그 일 측면 상에 이산된 융기부를 갖는 섬유질 흡수 재료인, 상기 흡수용품에 있어서,상기 융기부는 채널의 연속적인 네트워크를 형성하며, 상기 채널은 상기 흡수용품의 상기 톱시트 또는 상기 선택적인 부 톱시트에 인접하여 공극 영역을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는흡수용품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 흡수 코어 재료는 에어레이드 섬유(airlaid fiber)를 포함하는흡수용품.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 흡수 코어 재료는 흡수성 겔화재(absorbent gelling material)를 포함하는흡수용품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 선택적인 부 톱시트는 상기 톱시트와 상기 흡수 코어 재료에 인접하여 이들 사이에 배치되는 흡수성 섬유질 웨브를 포함하는흡수용품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 선택적인 부 톱시트는 셀룰로오스 섬유를 포함하는 에어레이드 웨브인흡수용품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 선택적인 부 톱시트는 복수의 개구를 포함하는흡수용품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 흡수 코어 재료는 개별 층들을 갖는 층상 에어레이드 부직포 섬유질 웨브이며, 상기 개별 층들 중 적어도 하나는 하나의 다른 개별 층에 대해 상이한 유형의 섬유 또는 섬유들의 블렌드를 포함하는흡수용품.
- 흡수용품에 사용되는 흡수 코어를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,a. 제1 흡수성 섬유질 웨브 재료를 제공하는 단계;b. 제2 흡수성 섬유질 웨브 재료를 제공하는 단계;c. 상기 제1 및 제2 흡수성 섬유질 웨브 재료를 가공할 수 있는 닙(nip)을 형성하는 한 쌍의 롤을 제공하는 단계로서, 상기 한 쌍의 롤은 링 롤링(ring rolling), 셀프(SELF), 마이크로-셀프(micro-SELF), 및 회전 나이프 개구형성(rotary knife aperturing)으로 이루어진 공정들로부터 선택되는, 상기 한 쌍의 롤 제공 단계;d. 상기 제1 흡수성 섬유질 웨브 재료를 상기 한 쌍의 롤을 통해 가공함으로써 변형시키는 단계;e. 상기 제2 흡수성 섬유질 웨브 재료를 상기 한 쌍의 롤을 통해 가공함으로써 변형시키는 단계; 및f. 상기 흡수 코어를 형성하기 위해 상기 제1 및 제2 흡수성 섬유질 웨브 재료를 결합하는 단계를 포함하는흡수 코어 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 제2 흡수성 섬유질 웨브 재료를 변형시키는 상기 단계는 상기 제1 흡수성 섬유질 웨브 재료와는 상이한 공정의 한 쌍의 롤에 의해 달성되는흡수 코어 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 제1 흡수성 섬유질 웨브 재료 및 상기 제2 흡수성 섬유질 웨브 재료는 모두 에어레이드 웨브인흡수 코어 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 결합하는 단계는 접착제 접합, 열 접합, 섬유 엉킴, 라텍스 접합, 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 방법에 의해 달성되는흡수 코어 제조 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 제1 또는 제2 에어레이드 흡수성 섬유질 웨브 중 하나는 셀룰로오스 섬유와 2성분 섬유의 블렌드를 포함하는흡수 코어 제조 방법.
- 일회용 흡수용품을 위한 흡수 코어 재료에 있어서,상기 흡수 코어 재료는 셀룰로오스 섬유를 포함하는 섬유질 에어레이드 부직포 웨브를 포함하며, 상기 섬유질 에어레이드 부직포 웨브는 제1 밀도를 갖고 복수의 이산된 평면외 변형부를 포함하며, 상기 평면외 변형부는 제2 밀도를 가지며, 상기 제2 밀도는 상기 제1 밀도보다 작은흡수 코어 재료.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 제1 밀도와 상기 제2 밀도 사이의 차이는 적어도 5%, 바람직하게는 5% 내지 50%, 더욱 바람직하게는 10% 내지 40%인흡수 코어 재료.
- 제 13 항 또는 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 이산된 평면외 변형부는 적어도 1.7 대 1, 바람직하게는 2 대 1 내지 10 대 1의 뚜렷한 종횡비를 갖는 형상에 의해 X-Y 평면에서 경계를 이루는 리브형 요소(rib-like element)를 포함하는흡수 코어 재료.
- 제 13 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항의 흡수 코어 재료를 포함하는생리대.
