Claims (8)
- 석유코크스 정제분말과 벙커-C유가 혼합공급되어 연소되며 연소열에 의해 증기를 발생시키고 배출된 배연가스를 배출하며 배출된 배연가스 중에 함유된 질소산화물이 제거된 탈질 배연가스가 배출되는 석유코크스 정제분말 보일러의 탈질 배연가스 배출부(60) 후단에 구비되며,탈질 배연가스에 알칼리 흡수제를 분사시키는 분사기(111)가 구비되며 분사된 알칼리 흡수제에 의해 배연가스 중에 함유된 황산화물을 제거하여 배출하는 흡수부(110);상기 흡수부(110)의 분사기(111)에 황산화물을 제거하는 알칼리 흡수제를 공급하는 알칼리 흡수제 공급부(120); 및상기 흡수부(110)에 의해 황산화물이 제거된 배연가스 중에 함유되며 황산화물을 흡수한 비산된 알칼리 흡수제를 포집하여 정화된 공기를 배출하는 집진부(130);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 석유코크스 정제분말 연소보일러용 건식탈황 집진설비.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 알칼리 흡수제 공급부(120)는 수산화칼슘(Ca(OH)2) 슬러리를 상기 분사 기(111)로 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 석유코크스 정제분말 연소보일러용 건식탈황 집진설비.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 알칼리 흡수제 공급부(120)는 물탱크(121)와, 산화칼슘(CaO) 파우더를 저장하는 산화칼슘 파우더 저장탱크(122)와, 상기 산화칼슘 파우더 저장탱크(122)로부터 공급된 산화칼슘 파우더와 상기 물탱크(121)로부터 공급된 물을 공급하여 반응된 수산화칼슘(Ca(OH)2) 수용액을 저장하는 수산화칼슘 수용액 저장탱크(123)와, 상기 수산화칼슘 수용액 저장탱크(123)로부터 공급된 수산화칼슘 수용액으로부터 수산화칼슘 슬러리를 분리하는 수산화칼슘 슬러리 분리기(124)와, 상기 수산화칼슘 슬러리 분리기(124)로부터 분리된 수산화칼슘 슬러리를 저장하며 상기 분사기(111)로 공급하는 수산화칼슘 슬러리 저장탱크(125)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 석유코크스 정제분말 연소보일러용 건식탈황 집진설비.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 집진부(130)에서 포집된 알칼리 흡수제의 일부를 저장하는 포집 알칼리 흡수제 저장탱크(141)와, 상기 포집 알칼리 흡수제 저장탱크(141)로부터 공급된 알칼리 흡수제와 상기 물탱크(121)로부터 공급된 물을 공급하여 반응된 재생 알칼리 흡수제 수용액을 저장하는 재생 알칼리 흡수제 수용액 저장탱크(142)와, 상기 재생 알칼리 흡수제 수용액 저장탱크(142)로부터 공급된 재생 알칼리 흡수제 수용액으로부터 재생 알칼리 흡수제 슬러리를 분리하는 재생 알칼리 흡수제 슬러리 분리기(143) 및 상기 재생 알칼리 흡수제 슬러리 분리기(143)로부터 분리된 재생 알칼리 흡수제 슬러리를 저장하며 상기 분사기(111)로 공급하는 재생 알칼리 흡수제 슬러리 저장탱크(144)를 포함하는 재생 알칼리 흡수제 재활용장치(140)를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 석유코크스 정제분말 연소보일러용 건식탈황 집진설비.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 수산화칼슘 슬러리 저장탱크(125)로부터 공급된 수산화칼슘 슬러리와 상기 재생 알칼리 흡수제 슬러리 저장탱크(144)로부터 공급된 재생 알칼리 흡수제 슬러리를 혼합하여 저장하며 상기 분사기(111)로 공급하는 헤드탱크(145)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 석유코크스 정제분말 연소보일러용 건식탈황 집진설비.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 수산화칼슘 수용액 저장탱크(123)와, 상기 수산화칼슘 슬러리 저장탱크(125)와, 상기 재생 알칼리 흡수제 수용액 저장탱크(142)와, 상기 재생 알칼리 흡수제 슬러리 저장탱크(144) 및 헤드탱크(145)에는 각각 교반기(123a)(125a)(142a)(144a)(145a)가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 석유코크스 정제분말 연소보일러용 건식탈황 집진설비.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 산화칼슘(CaO) 파우더의 순도는 90% 이상이고, 입도는 200 메시(mesh)이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 석유코크스 정제분말 연소보일러용 건식탈황 집진설비.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 분사기(111)는 지름 10~50 ㎛ 인 미세한 액적으로 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 석유코크스 정제분말 연소보일러용 건식탈황 집진설비.
