Claims (8)
- 규석 30~70중량%와 고로슬래그 40~70중량%로 혼합된 건식 몰탈 분말 100중량부에 대해 비중 1.3~1.5의 범위를 갖는 축중합 조절제 15~35중량부가 첨가되어 슬러리상의 혼합물을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 규석 모르타르 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 규석은 212㎛ 이하의 규석 분말과 212㎛~2㎜ 규석 입자가 4:6 비율로 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 규석 모르타르 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 고로슬래그는 6,000㎠/g 이상의 분말도로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 규석 모르타르 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 축중합 조절제는 Al-Dross + NaOH로 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 고강도 규석 모르타르 제조방법.
- 규석 30~70중량%와 고로슬래그 40~70중량%의 건식 몰탈 분말 100중량부에 대해 축중합 조절제 15~35중량부로 첨가되는 슬러리상의 혼합물을 진동 성형하고, 이를 25~80℃의 분위기로 양생하여 규석 모르타르를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 규석 모르타르의 제조방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 규석 모르타르에 Geopolymer matrix(Aluminosilicate Gel), C-A-H, Zeolite가 생성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 규석 모르타르의 제조방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 규석 모르타르의 양생 처리후 탈형하고 상온에서 28일 재령하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 규석 모르타르의 제조방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 규석 모르타르의 재령 28일 후 압축강도가 70.0㎫ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 규석 모르타르의 제조방법.
