Claims (9)
- 도면 2도에서 상부베어링(110)과 하부베어링(120)이 구비된 중심축(100)에 부착된 블레이드(130)와 발전실(140)로 구성된 수직축 풍력발전기에 있어서 중심축(100)에 상단과 하단의 지지대(150)가 있는 원통(160)을 설치한 후 원통 둘레에 일정간격으로 수개의 블레이드(130)를 부착하여 원통과 블레이드의 크기가 합해진 로우터를 완성한다.블레이드(130)를 둘레로 8개의 풍향유도틀(170)을 방사형으로 세우고 안쪽상단지지대(180), 안쪽하단지지대(190), 바깥쪽상단지지대(200), 바깥쪽하단지지대(210)를 각각 연결하고 중심축(100)과 각각의 풍향유도틀 상단(220)에 지지대(230)를 연결하여 로우터를 고정시킨 후 8개의 풍향유도틀(170) 각각에 상부베어링(240)과 하부베어링(250)이 구비된 도어축(260)에 스프링장치(270)가 된 도어(280)를 부착하여 바람이 부는 앞쪽의 도어는 닫혀 바람을 집풍하고 역풍을 막아주며 후반부쪽의 도어로 열리게 하여 바람의 소통을 원활히 하여 발전의 효율을 극대화하는 풍향유도장치가 구비된 수직축 풍력발전기
- 청구항 1)에서 [도면 2도]와 같이 완성된 도어가 달린 풍향유도장치가 구비된 수직축 풍력발전기를 [도면 1도]에서 지면에 고정시킨 후 각층마다 상판(도면 290∼350)을 덮고 각층의 중심부에 각각 독립된 로우터와 발전실로 구성된 수직축 풍력발전기를 부착하고 각층의 도어가 달린 풍향유도 구조물(도면 360∼430)을 서 로 연결, 결합하여 하나의 일체가 된 건축물로 완성하고 바람이 상공으로 갈수록 세지기 때문에 각층의 구조물은 상층부로 갈수록 규모가 작아지는 탑형으로 이루어진 풍향유도구조물을 건축물로 구성하는 다층, 다발전 수직축 풍력발전기
- 청구항 1)에 있어서 블레이드(130)과 원통(160)은 도면 3도에서 이음축(440)으로 서로 연결한 후 회전방향쪽에 스프링(450)을 장착하여 강한 바람이 불때 블레이드(130)가 뒤로 꺾여 회전력을 제어하도록 한다.
- 청구항 1)에 있어서 도어(280)는 [도면 4도]에서 풍향유도틀 뒤쪽에 보강틀(460)을 두어 항상 로우터의 회전방향으로만 열리게 한다.
- 청구항 2)에 있어서 각층의 도어가 달린 풍향유도 구조물은 각층마다 서로 연결, 결합되어 전체가 하나의 건축물이 되게 한다.
- 청구항 2)에 있어서 각층의 상단에 덮게를 씌운다.
- 청구항 2)에 있어서 각층의 수직축 발전은 각자 독립된 로우터와 발전기로 구성한다.
- 청구항 2)에 있어서 제일 꼭대기층은 [도면 1도]에서 지붕(470)을 씌운다.
- 청구항 2)에 있어서 각층의 구조물은 상층부로 갈수록 규모를 적게하는 탑형으로 제작한다.
