Claims (11)
- 하우징,상기 하우징 내에 고정 설치된 고정스크롤과 상기 고정스크롤에 대하여 선회운동하는 선회스크롤,상기 선회스크롤을 선회 구동시키는 구동수단,상기 하우징에 형성된 흡입포트와 토출포트,상기 고정스크롤의 앞면에 대향되게 배치된 인버터를 포함하되,상기 고정스크롤에는 압축실까지 흡입구가 관통되게 형성되어 있고 선회스크롤에는 토출구가 형성되어 있어, 흡입냉매가 인버터와 고정스크롤 사이를 지나 흡입구를 통해 압축실로 유입된 후 토출구를 통해 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터형 스크롤 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 인버터에 대향하는 고정스크롤의 앞면에는 상기 흡입포트로부터의 흡입냉매를 상기 흡입구까지 안내하기 위한 가이드부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터형 스크롤 압축기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 가이드부에는 상기 고정스크롤의 흡입구와 연통하는 도입구가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터형 스크롤 압축기.
- 제3항에 있어서,구동축 방향에서 바라볼 때, 상기 가이드부에는 복수의 가이드 채널이 둘레방향을 따라 연장되어 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터형 스크롤 압축기.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 가이드 채널의 하나 이상은, 그 일단이 흡입포트 근방에 배치되고 타단은 도입구에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터형 스크롤 압축기.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 가이드 채널의 적어도 일부 구간은 원호형을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터형 스크롤 압축기.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 가이드 채널의 하나 이상은 흡입포트쪽에 직선형의 도입부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터형 스크롤 압축기.
- 제4항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 가이드 채널은 다수의 가이드 스트립에 의해 형성되거나 가이드 홈에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터형 스크롤 압축기.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 토출포트는 선회스크롤의 후방에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터형 스크롤 압축기.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 구동축에는 그 길이방향을 따라 배출통로가 관통되게 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터형 스크롤 압축기.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 구동축에 형성된 배출통로의 적어도 일부 구간은 후방에서 전방을 향해 회전중심으로부터 바깥쪽으로 경사지게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터형 스크롤 압축기.
