Claims (28)
- 에멀션 기재 감압성 접착 조성물(emulsion based pressure sensitive adhesive composition)로서,하나 이상의 에틸렌계 불포화 카르복시산을 포함하는 복수의 공중합 가능 단량체의 아크릴 감압 접착제 공중합체를 포함하고,상기 조성물은 하나 이상의 히드록시 작용성 아민에 의해 4.5보다 높은 pH로 중화되고,상기 조성물은 50℃ 이상의 온도에서 가성 수용액에 노출시 제거될 수 있는, 에멀션 기재 감압성 접착 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 공중합체는, (a) 알킬기 중에 약 4 내지 약 12개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 약 75 내지 약 90 중량%의 하나 이상의 알킬 아크릴레이트, (b) 약 0.25 내지 약 5 중량%의 하나 이상의 산 단량체, (c) 약 10 내지 약 20 중량%의 하나 이상의 경질 단량체, 및 (d) 0 내지 약 1 중량%의 하나 이상의 다작용성 교차결합 단량체의 공중합체를 포함하는, 에멀션 기재 감압성 접착 조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 알킬 아크릴레이트는, 부틸 아크릴레이트, 헥실 아크릴레이트, 헵틸 아크릴레이트, n-옥틸 아크릴레이트, 이소-옥틸 아크릴레이트, 이소부틸 아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실 아크릴레이트 및 노닐 아크릴레이트 및 이들 중 2가지 이상의 혼합물로부터 선택되는, 에멀션 기재 감압성 접착 조성물.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 산 단량체는, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 이타콘산, 베타-카르복시에틸 아크릴레이트 및 이들 중 2가지 이상의 혼합물로부터 선택되는, 에멀션 기재 감압성 접착 조성물.
- 제 2항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 경질 단량체는, 메틸과 에틸 아크릴레이트, 메틸과 에틸 메타크릴레이트, 비닐 아세테이트, 스티렌 및 이들 중 2가지 이상의 혼합물로부터 선택되는, 에멀션 기재 감압성 접착 조성물.
- 제 2항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다작용성 단량체는, 디알릴 말레에이트, 에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 트리프로필렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트, 알릴 메타크릴레이트, 디비닐 벤젠, N,N'-메틸렌-비스-아크릴아미드, 트리알릴 시아누레이트 및 이들 중 2가지 이상의 혼합물로부터 선택되는, 에멀션 기재 감압성 접착 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 히드록시 작용성 아민은, 트리에탄올아민, 2-[비스-(2-히드록시에틸)-아미노]-2-히드록시메틸 프로판-1,3-디 올, 2-아미노-2-(히드록시메틸)-1,3-프로판디올, N-메틸-D-글루카민, N,N,N',N'-테트라키스-(2-히드록시에틸)-에틸렌디아민, N,N,N',N'-테트라키스-(2-히드록시프로필)-에틸렌디아민 및 이들 중 2가지 이상의 혼합물로부터 선택되는, 에멀션 기재 감압성 접착 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 히드록시 작용성 아민은, 2-[비스-(2-히드록시에틸)-아미노]-2-히드록시메틸 프로판-1,3-디올을 포함하는, 에멀션 기재 감압성 접착 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 외부 교차결합제를 더 포함하는, 에멀션 기재 감압성 접착 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 히드록시 작용성 아민에 의해 중화된 유기산을 더 포함하는, 에멀션 기재 감압성 접착 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 제 1항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 바와 같이, 원단(facestock)에 코팅되거나 도포된 , 에멀션 기재 감압성 접착 조성물.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 원단은, (a) 제 1 열팽창 계수를 갖는 제 1 중합체 층과, (b) 상기 제 1 중합체 층 아래에 놓인 제 2 열팽창 계수를 갖는 제 2 중합체 층을 포함하고, 상기 제 1 열팽창 계수는 상기 제 2 열팽창 계수보다 작은, 에멀션 기재 감압성 접착 조성물.
- 제거 가능한 라벨로서,제 1 열팽창 계수를 갖는 제 1 중합체 층과,상기 제 1 중합체 층 아래에 놓이고 제 2 선 열팽창 계수를 갖는 제 2 중합체 층으로, 제 1 선 열팽창 계수는 상기 제 2 선 열팽창 계수보다 작은, 제 2 중합체 층과,상기 제 2 중합체 층 아래에 놓이고, 하나 이상의 에틸렌계 불포화 카르복시산을 포함하는 복수의 공중합 가능 단량체의 아크릴 감압 접착성 공중합체를 포함하는 에멀션 기재 감압 접착 조성물을 포함하는 접착제 층을포함하고,상기 조성물은 하나 이상의 히드록시 작용성 아민에 의해 4.5보다 높은 pH로 중화되고,상기 라벨은 50℃ 이상의 온도에서 상기 제 1 중합체 층을 향해 가역적으로 구부러지며,상기 접착제는 50℃ 이상의 온도에서 가성 수용액에 노출시 제거 가능한, 제거 가능 라벨.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 라벨은 물품의 원통형 굴곡 표면에 접착될 수 있고, 상기 라벨의 주 팽창 방향은 상기 물품의 원주 방향으로 뻗어있는, 제거 가능 라벨.
- 제 13항 또는 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 중합체 층과 상기 제 2 중합체 층은 공압출되는, 제거 가능 라벨.
- 제 13항 또는 제 14항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 중합체 층과 상기 제 2 중합체 층은 적층 접착제에 의해 서로 접착되는, 제거 가능 라벨.
- 제 13항 내지 제 16항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속층을 더 포함하는, 제거 가능 라벨.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 금속층은 상기 제 1 중합체 층 위에 놓이는, 제거 가능 라벨.
- 제 13항 내지 제 18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인쇄층을 더 포함하는, 제거 가능 라벨.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄층은 상기 제 1 중합체 층 위에 놓이는, 제거 가능 라벨.
- 제 13항 내지 제 20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 감압 접착 공중합체는, (a) 알킬기 중에 약 4 내지 약 12개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 약 75 내지 약 90 중량%의 하나 이상의 알킬 아크릴레이트, (b) 약 0.25 내지 약 5 중량%의 하나 이상의 산 단량체, (c) 약 10 내지 약 20 중량%의 하나 이상의 경질 단량체, 및 (d) 0 내지 약 1 중량%의 하나 이상의 다작용성 교차결합 단량체의 공중합체를 포함하는, 제거 가능 라벨.
- 제 13항 내지 제 21항 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 히드록시 작용성 아민은, 트리에탄올아민, 2-[비스-(2-히드록시에틸)-아미노]-2-히드록시메틸 프로판-1,3-디올, 2-아미노-2-(히드록시메틸)-1,3-프로판디올, N-메틸-D-글루카민, N,N,N',N'-테트라키스-(2-히드록시에틸)-에틸렌디아민, N,N,N',N'-테트라키스-(2-히드록시프로필)-에틸렌디아민 및 이들 중 2가지 이상의 혼합물로부터 선택되는, 제거 가능 라벨.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 상기 인쇄층은 상기 제 1 중합체 층 아래에 놓이는, 제거 가능 라벨.
- 제거 가능한 라벨로서,하나 이상의 방향으로 신장되는 하나 이상의 수축성 필름을 포함하는 중합체 층과,상기 중합체 층 아래에 놓이고, 하나 이상의 에틸렌계 불포화 카르복시산을 포함하는 복수의 공중합 가능 단량체의 아크릴 감압 접착성 공중합체를 포함하는 에멀션 기재 감압 접착 조성물을 포함하는 접착제 층을포함하고,상기 조성물은 하나 이상의 히드록시 작용성 아민에 의해 4.5보다 높은 pH로 중화되고,상기 중합체 층은 50℃ 이상의 온도에서 비가역적으로 수축되며, 상기 접착제는 50℃ 이상의 온도에서 가성 수용액에 노출시 제거 가능한, 제거 가능 라벨.
- 물품으로부터 라벨을 분리하는 방법으로서,상기 라벨은,제 1 선 열팽창 계수를 갖는 제 1 중합체 층,상기 제 1 중합체 층 아래에 놓이는 제 2 선 열팽창 계수를 갖는 제 2 중합체 층으로, 상기 제 1 선 열팽창 계수는 상기 제 2 선 열팽창 계수보다 작은, 제 2 중합체 층,상기 제 2 중합체 층 아래에 놓이고, 하나 이상의 에틸렌계 불포화 카르복시산을 포함하는 복수의 공중합 가능 단량체의 아크릴 감압 접착성 공중합체를 포함하는 에멀션 기재 감압 접착 조성물을 포함하는 접착제 층을포함하고,상기 조성물은 하나 이상의 히드록시 작용성 아민에 의해 4.5보다 높은 pH로 중화되고,상기 방법은,세척액을 가열하여 고온 세척액을 형성시키는 단계와,물품으로부터 라벨을 점차적으로 분리하는 단계로서, 상기 물품으로부터 상기 라벨을 점차적으로 분리하는 상기 단계는, 상기 라벨을 적어도 미리 결정된 시간 동안 상기 고온 세척액에 노출시켜 상기 라벨이 상기 제 1 중합체 층을 향해 가역적으로 구부러지도록 하여 상기 접착제 층의 접착력을 극복하는 단계를 포함하는, 물품으로부터 라벨을 점차적으로 분리하는 단계를포함하는, 물품으로부터 라벨을 분리하는 방법.
- 제 25항에 있어서, 상기 액체는 가성 소다를 포함하는, 물품으로부터 라벨을 분리하는 방법.
- 제 25항 또는 제 26항에 있어서, 상기 고온 세척액은, 약 50℃ 내지 약 90℃의 온도를 갖는, 물품으로부터 라벨을 분리하는 방법.
- 제 25항 내지 제 27항 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 감압 접착성 공중합체는, (a) 알킬기 중에 약 4 내지 약 12개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 약 75 내지 약 90 중량%의 하나 이상의 알킬 아크릴레이트, (b) 약 0.25 내지 약 5 중량%의 하나 이상의 산 단량체, (c) 약 10 내지 약 20 중량%의 하나 이상의 경질 단량체, 및 (d) 0 내지 약 1 중량%의 하나 이상의 다작용성 교차결합 단량체의 공중합체를 포함하는, 물품으로부터 라벨을 분리하는 방법.
