Claims (19)
- 하이드로겔 내부 또는 표면에 스트렙타비딘(streptavidin)이 코팅된 나노비드를 포함하는 생체물질 검출 또는 분석용 입자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 생체물질은 비오틴(biotin)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체물질 검출 또는 분석용 입자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비오틴(biotin)을 가지는 생체물질이 상기 비오틴과 스트렙타비딘의 결합에 의해 상기 나노비드 표면에 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 생체물질 검출 또는 분석용 입자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로겔은 UV 경화형 폴리머 또는 모노머인 것을 특징으로 하는 생체물질 검출 또는 분석용 입자.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 UV 경화형 폴리머 또는 모노머는 폴리에틸렌글리 콜(PolyEthylene Glycol : PEG)을 주성분으로 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체물질 검출 또는 분석용 입자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나노비드는 고분자 재료로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 생체물질 검출 또는 분석용 입자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나노비드는 폴리스티렌 또는 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트를 주성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체물질 검출 또는 분석용 입자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나노비드는 자성 재료로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 생체물질 검출 또는 분석용 입자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나노비드는 Fe2O3, Fe3O4 또는 FePt 중 어느 하나로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 생체물질 검출 또는 분석용 입자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나노비드는 30㎚~50㎚ 범위 내의 직경을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체물질 검출 또는 분석용 입자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자는 20㎛~100㎛ 범위 내의 직경을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체물질 검출 또는 분석용 입자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 생체물질은 DNA, RNA, 압타머(aptamer), 단백질(protein), 펩타이드(peptide), 항원(Antigen), 항체(Antibody), 리간드(ligand), 리셉터(receptor) 및 탄수화물로 이루어진 군에서 하나 이상이 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 생체물질 검출 또는 분석용 입자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자는 특정한 색 또는 형태를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체물질 검출 또는 분석용 입자.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 입자를 다수 포함하는 것을 특징으 로 하는 생체물질 검출 또는 분석용 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 입자는 서로 다른 색 또는 형태를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체물질 검출 또는 분석용 조성물.
- 하이드로겔과 스트렙타비딘(streptavidin)이 코팅된 나노비드를 혼합시켜서, 상기 나노비드를 포함하는 하이드로겔을 준비하는 단계; 및상기 준비된 하이드로겔에 비오틴(biotin)을 가지는 생체물질을 혼합시켜서, 상기 비오틴과 스트렙타비딘을 결합시키는 단계를 포함하는 생체물질 검출 또는 분석용 입자의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 비오틴과 스트렙타비딘을 결합시키는 단계는,상기 준비된 하이드로겔에 자외선을 조사하여 특정한 색 또는 형태를 가지는 코드 입자를 생성하고, 상기 생성된 코드 입자에 비오틴(biotin)을 가지는 생체물질을 혼합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체물질 검출 또는 분석용 입자의 제조방법.
- 스트렙타비딘(streptavidin)이 코팅된 나노비드와 비오틴(biotin)을 가지는 생체물질을 혼합시켜서, 상기 비오틴과 스트렙타비딘을 결합시키는 단계;상기 결합에 의해 생성된 복합체를 하이드로겔과 혼합시키는 단계를 포함하는 생체물질 검출 또는 분석용 입자의 제조방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 복합체를 하이드로겔과 혼합시키는 단계는,상기 결합에 의해 생성된 복합체를 하이드로겔과 혼합시키고, 상기 혼합된 혼합물에 자외선을 조사하여 특정한 색 또는 형태를 가지는 코드 입자를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체물질 검출 또는 분석용 입자의 제조방법.
