Description
본 발명은 유아전용 및성인전용 위생 물티슈에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 부직포에 흡수된 조성물이 녹차추출물, 프로폴리스, 자일리톨, 캐모마일 및 마누카꿀을 함유하여 물티슈휴대가 간편하고 주방, 유아, 애완견 또는 환자의 신체의 일부를 닦는데 용이한 유아전용 및 성인전용 위생 물티슈에 관한 것이다.
프로폴리스는 꿀벌이 여러 가지 수목이나 꽃에서 수지를 모아 뒷다리에 붙여 돌아오면 벌통 속의 다른 꿀벌이 그것을 받아 씹게 될 때 꿀벌의 타액 내 효소로 인해 생성되는 자연 물질로서, 꿀벌이 외부로부터 자기를 보호하기 위한 목적 또는 살균의 목적에서 생산된다고 알려져 왔다. 프로폴리스는 꿀벌이 수지를 채집해 오는 수목의 종류에 따라서 약간의 차이는 있으나 안정된 구조를 가지고 있고, 벌꿀과 마찬가지로 인체에 대한 부작용 및 독성은 없으며, 특유의 발삼(balsam)향을 가지고 있어서 방향제 및 구강청정제 등으로 널리 사용되고 있다. 또한, 프로폴리스는 고대 그리이스 시대로부터 수천년 동안 통증과 궤양을 치료하는 데 민간요법으로 사용되어 왔고, 그 후 현대의학에서도 방사선병, 혈액의 고지방증, 수포진, 자궁염증 및 암의 억제에 높은 효과를 보이는 것으로 보고되고 있다(참조; 홍문화저 『세계의 프로폴리스』, 1987). 아울러, 프로폴리스는 효모와 곰팡이의 생육을 저해하며, 바실러스속 세균에도 높은 항균활성이 있는 것으로 알려져 있다(참조; Pepeljnjak, S.D. Maysinger and K. Jalsenjak, Sci. Pharm., 50, 165(1982); Pepeljnjak, S. et al., Pharmazie, 37, 12(1982)). 한편, 프로폴리스는 아래의 표 1에서와 같이 50 내지 55%의 수지(resin) 성분 및 방향유, 25 내지 30%의 밀랍, 약 10%의 정유, 약 5%의 화분(꽃가루), 약 5%의 각종 유기물/무기물로 구성되어 있다. 지금까지 약 20여 종류의 성분들이 분리/확인되었는데, 그 중에서 플로보노이드(flavonoid), 베툴렌(betulene), 베툴레놀(betulenol), 이소바닐린(isovanillin) 및 방향족 불포화산 등이 생물학적 활성을 지니고 있다고 알려져 있다. 이들 생물학적 활성물질 중 특히 플라보노이드는 프로폴리스로 하여금 특정 효소의 반응 억제, 세포막 강화, 결합조직 강화, 항알레르기 작용, 생체유익 효소 반응 작용, 유해 산소제거 및 악성 프로스타글란딘(prostaglandin) 생성 억제 등의 효과를 소지하도록 하는 중요한 성분으로 보고되고 있다. 근래에 많은 연구 결과로 그 효능이 새롭게 부각되고 있는 프로폴리스는 식품업계와 화장품업계에 널리 사용되고 있는데, 특히 화장품 첨가제로서 항생균, 피부의 재생 및 보습 효과를 인정받고 있다. 한편, 양치질의 대용으로 구강세정액이 나와 있으나, 이는 휴대가 불편하고, 직접 양치질을 할 수 없는 유아, 애완견 또는 중환자에게 사용하기 어려운 문제점이 있다.
캐모마일(Matricaria chamomile)은 인도와 유럽이 원산지인, 국화과에 속하는 다년생 약초식물로서 황색의 꽃이 피는 다이어즈 캐모마일과 백색의 꽃이 피는 로만 캐모마일이 있다. 캐모마일은 피부 살균 효과와 전신미용 효과가 커서 유럽에서는 목욕제로 많이 쓰이고 있고, 여성의 냉증에 효과가 있으며, 저염성, 방부제, 구충약 및 경련을 가라앉히는게 좋다고 알려져 있다. 또한, 건위 약제로 발한 작용에 의한 감기 예방, 불면증 해소(숙면 해소), 진정 작용 등의 효과가 있는 것으로도 알려져 있다.
마누카 꿀은 남태평양 주변에서 흔히 자라는 차나무의 일종인 마누카 나무에서 양봉하여 꿀을 채취한 것으로서 뉴질랜드에서는 오랫동안 민간요법으로 위장질환 치료성분으로 쓰여왔다. 특히 항균활성이 탁월하며 그 외에도 당성분에 의한 높은 삼투압, pH 안정성 등이 항균활성을 돕는 것으로 알려졌다. 마누카꿀은 오가닉 티슈에 대해서 실험한 결과 강력한 항균활성을 나타내었고 뉴질랜드 와이카토대학에서 임상실험을 한 결과 마누카꿀을 복용한 환자 모두 항균 치료효과를 나타냈다는 보고가 있다.
본 발명은 휴대가 편리하며, 주방, 유아, 애완견 또는 환자에게도 사용하기 편리한 위생용 물티슈를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
본 발명은 부직포에 흡수된 조성물이 녹차추출물, 프로폴리스, 자일리톨, 캐모마일 및 마누카꿀을 함유하는 유아전용 위생 물티슈에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 의한 위생용 물티슈는 우선 휴대가 간편한 이점이 있다. 또한 구강 청소용으로 사용되는 경우, 유아, 애완견 또는 환자 등 양치질이 어려운 대상에도 쉽게 사용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 장소를 불문하고 어디서나 구강을 청소할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
본 발명은 청소 중에 보푸라기가 발생하지 않는 부직포와 상기 부직포에 흡수된 조성물을 구비하며, 상기 조성물이 155,000cc 내지 158,000cc의 정제수(purified water)에 대해 5,000cc 내지 500cc의 에탄올(Ethanol)과, 50g 내지 150g의 녹차추출물(Green tea extract)과, 80g 내지 200g의 프로폴리스(Propolis extract)과, 20g 내지 70g의 자일리톨(Xylitol)과, 20g 내지 70g의 캐모마일을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유아전용 위생 물티슈에 관한 것이다.
또한 본 발명은 청소 중에 보푸라기가 발생하지 않는 부직포와 상기 부직포에 흡수된 조성물을 구비하며, 상기 조성물이 155,000cc 내지 158,000cc의 정제수(purified water)에 대해 5,000cc 내지 500cc의 에탄올(Ethanol)과, 50g 내지 150g의 녹차추출물(Green tea extract)과, 80g 내지 200g의 프로폴리스(Propolis extract)과, 20g 내지 70g의 자일리톨(Xylitol)과, 20g 내지 70g의 캐모마일과, 20g 내지 70g의 마누카꿀을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성인전용 위생 물티슈에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 의한 위생용 물티슈는 휴대가 편리하며, 유아, 애완견 또는 중환자에게도 사용하기 편리한 이점이 있다. 이하, 본 발명에 의한 위생용 물티슈의 실 시예를 통해 제조하는 방법을 공정별로 상세히 설명한다.
[제 1 공정 : 조성물]
부직포에 흡수되는 조성물은 정제수(purified water)에 에탄올(주정), 녹차 추출물, 프로폴리스, 자일리톨, 캐모마일 및 마누카꿀을 포함하고 있다. 필요에
따라 쑥엑기스, 사과향, 사카린, 레몬 추출물, 알로에, 메칠파라벤, 프로필파라벤, 스피아민트 또는 박하향을 추가적으로 더 포함하고 있다.
녹차추출물은 항균 또는 구취 제거를 위해 들어가는 성분인데, 조성물에서 녹차추출물의 농도가 너무 높아지면 뻑뻑해져서 청소, 예를 들어 이빨을 닦는 것이 부드럽지 못하다. 따라서 조제액 160 리터당 최고 용량으로 150g 정도 함유하는 것
이 바람직하다. 항균 또는 구취 제거의 목적을 달성하면서도 청소를 부드럽게 하기 위해서는 녹차추출물이 조제액 160 리터 당 50g 내지 100g 정도 함유되는 것이 바람직하다. 여기서 조제액 160 리터는 하나의 위생용 물티슈를 만드는데 사용되는 조성물의 양이 3.2 cc 일 때 본 발명에 의한 위생용 물티슈 5만장을 만들 수 있는 양이다.
프로폴리스는 항균 작용을 위해 들어가는 성분인데, 프로폴리스는 알코올에만 녹고, 물이나 기름에는 녹지 않는다. 따라서 프로폴리스를 많이 넣으면 알코올의 함량이 더 높아져야 한다는 문제점이 있으므로, 조제액 160 리터당 80g 내지 200g 정도 함유되는 것이 바람직하다. 이러한 프로폴리스, 에탄올, 녹차추출물 이외에도 필요에 따라 쑥엑기스, 사과향, 사카린, 레몬 추출물, 알로에, 메칠파라벤, 프로필파라벤, 스피아민트, 또는 박하향을 추가적으로 더 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따른 위생용 물티슈는 사람의 구강 청소, 애완견의 구강 청소, 여성의 생식기 세정, 무좀 환자의 발 세정, 치질환자의 항문 세정, 주방의 청소에 사용될 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 구강 청소용 물티슈는 자일리톨을 포함할 수 있다. 자일리톨은 구강청정 효과를 위해 조성물에 함유된다.
또한 구강 청소용 물티슈는 박하향을 추가적으로 포함할 수 있다. 박하향은 청량감을 위해 들어가는 성분인데, 조제액 160리터당 100g 이내를 함유하는 것이 바람직하다. 박하향은 향이 강해서 화한 맛이 있으므로 유아에게는 박하향을 쓰지 않는 것이 좋고, 환자는 몸이 안 좋은 상태이므로 입이나 입술이 말라서 박하향의 양이 많이 들어가면 입이 타는 듯 아프게 된다. 그래서 환자용은 통증을 느끼지 않고 상쾌한 느낌을 느낄 수 있도록 50g을 함유하였다. 성인용은 주로 식후에 사용
하기 때문에 좀 더 강해야만 화한 느낌을 줄 수 있다. 따라서 성인용은 박하향을 100g 함유하도록 하였다. 에탄올은 방부제 성분과 프로폴리스 성분을 녹이기 위해서 반드시 필요하다.
본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 애완 동물의 구강 청소용 물티슈는 청소 중에 보푸라기가 발생하지 않는 부직포와 상기 부직포에 흡수된 조성물을 구비하며, 상기 조성물은 155,000cc 내지 158,000cc의 정제수(purified water)에 대해 5,000cc
내지 500cc의 에탄올(ethanol)과, 50g 내지 150g의 녹차 추출물(Green tea extract)과, 80g 내지 200g의 프로폴리스(Propolis extract)를 포함한다.
본원 발명에 따른 제조되어진 여성의 생식기 세정용 물티슈는 청소 중에 보 푸라기가 발생하지 않는 부직포와 상기 부직포에 흡수된 조성물을 구비하며, 상기 조성물은 155,000cc 내지 158,000cc의 정제수(purified water)에 대해 5,000cc 내
지 500cc의 에탄올(ethanol)과, 50g 내지 150g의 녹차 추출물(Green tea extract)와, 80g 내지 200g의 프로폴리스(Propolis extract)를 포함하며, 추가적으로 20g 내지 70g의 쑥엑기스를 더 포함한다. 쑥엑기스는 여자들의 생리시 어혈을 풀어주고, 여성의 성질환 개선에 도움이 된다.
본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 무좀환자의 발 세정용 물티슈는 세정 중에 보푸라기가 발생하지 않는 부직포와 상기 부직포에 흡수된 조성물을 구비하며, 상기 조성물은 155,000cc 내지 158,000cc의 정제수(purified water)에 대해 5,000cc
내지 500cc의 에탄올(ethanol)과, 50g 내지 150g의 녹차 추출물(Green tea extract)과, 80g 내지 200g의 프로폴리스(Propolis extract)를 포함하며, 추가적으로 50g 내지 150g의 사과식초를 포함한다. 사과식초는 항균작용이나 냄새를 없
애는 작용을 증가시킨다.
본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 치질환자의 항문 세정용 물티슈는 신체의 일부의 세정 중에 보푸라기가 발생하지 않는 부직포와 상기 부직포에 흡수된 조성물을 구비하며, 상기 조성물은 155,000cc 내지 158,000cc의 정제수(purified water)에 대해 5,000cc 내지 500cc의 에탄올(ethanol)과, 50g 내지 150g의 녹차 추출물(Green tea extract)과, 80g 내지 200g의 프로폴리스(Propolis extract)를 포함하며, 추가적으로 20g 내지 70g의 알로에 추출물을 포함한다. 알로에 추출물은
치질 환자의 혈액 순환을 개선한다.
본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 주방 청소용 물티슈는 주방에서 살균을 목적으로 사용되는 도마나 그릇, 밥상 등을 닦는 위생용 물티슈이다. 주방 청소용 물티슈는 청소 중에 보푸라기가 발생하지 않는 부직포와 상기 부직포에 흡수된 조성물을 구비하며, 상기 조성물은 155,000cc 내지 158,000cc의 정제수(purified water)에 대해 5,000cc 내지 500cc의 에탄올(ethanol)과, 50g 내지 150g의 녹차 추출물(Green tea extract)과, 80g 내지 200g의 프로폴리스(Propolis extract)를 포
함한다.
본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 미백효과를 가지는 구강 청소용 물티슈는 청소 중에 보푸라기가 발생하지 않는 부직포와 상기 부직포에 흡수된 조성물을 구비하며, 상기 조성물은 155,000cc 내지 158,000cc의 정제수(purified water)에 대해 5,000cc 내지 500cc의 에탄올(ethanol)과, 50g 내지 150g의 녹차 추출물(Green tea extract)과, 80g 내지 200g의 프로폴리스(Propolis extract)를 포함하며, 추가적으로 500g 내지 700g의 레몬 추출물을 포함한다. 레몬 추출물은 이빨에 미백효과를 준다.
[제 2 공정 : 함침]
제 1 공정에서 제조된 조성물을 부직포에 함침하고 일정 시간을 경과시킨다. 부직포는 청소 중에 보푸라기가 생기지 않는 것이어야 한다. 본 실시예에서는 레이온 50%, 펄프 50%로 된 부직포를 사용하는데, 이는 일반 부직포와는 달리 청소 중에 보푸라기가 생기지 않는다. 부직포의 크기는 손가락에 끼워서 쓰기 좋도록 20cm x 8cm로 한다.
[제 3 공정 : 포장 및 멸균]
이렇게 만들어진 위생용 물티슈는 비닐이 아닌 알루미늄 호일에 의해 포장하는 것이 바람직하다. 이는 알루미늄 호일이 조성물의 증발과 오염을 방지하는데 유리하기 때문이다. 부직포는 3번 정도 접어서 포장한다. 알루미늄 호일로 위생용 물티슈를 한 장씩 포장한 다음에 종이 상자에 넣어서 감마선으로 멸균 처리를 수행한다. 멸균(sterilization)이라 함은 대상으로 하는 물체의 표면 또는 그 내부에 분포하는 모든 세균을 완전히 죽이는 것, 즉 무균(無菌)의 상태로 만드는 조작을 말한다. 미생물이 제품 내에 존재하지 않는 것을 의미하는 멸균은 절대적인 의미에서 완벽하게 보장할 수 없다. 따라서, 멸균의 정도는 멸균제품 중에 생존이 추정되는 오염균의 최대 생존확률인 미생물의 존재가능성으로 나타내며, 이것은 무균성 보증수준(Sterility Assurance Level: SAL)으로 10-n 으로 표현된다. 일반적으로 수술
용 가운이나 마스크 등과 같이 체내에 삽입되지 않는 의료용구에 대해서는 SAL로 , 10-3도 허용이 되나, 본 발명에서와 같이 신체에 직접적인 접촉을 하는 경우에는 10-6의 SAL에 이를 수 있도록 멸균을 하여야만 한다.

- 청소 중에 보푸라기가 발생하지 않는 부직포와 상기 부직포에 흡수된 조성물을 구비하며, 상기 조성물이 155,000cc 내지 158,000cc의 정제수(purified water)에 대해 5,000cc 내지 500cc의 에탄올(Ethanol)과, 50g 내지 150g의 녹차추출물(Green tea extract)과, 80g 내지 200g의 프로폴리스(Propolis extract)과, 20g 내지 70g의 자일리톨(Xylitol)과, 20g 내지 70g의 캐모마일을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유아전용 위생 물티슈.
- 청소 중에 보푸라기가 발생하지 않는 부직포와 상기 부직포에 흡수된 조성물을 구비하며, 상기 조성물이 155,000cc 내지 158,000cc의 정제수(purified water)에 대해 5,000cc 내지 500cc의 에탄올(Ethanol)과, 50g 내지 150g의 녹차추출물(Green tea extract)과, 80g 내지 200g의 프로폴리스(Propolis extract)과, 20g 내지 70g의 자일리톨(Xylitol)과, 20g 내지 70g의 캐모마일과, 20g 내지 70g의 마누카꿀을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성인전용 위생 물티슈.
