Claims (12)
- 디올 및 폴리올에 포함된 알코올기에 대한 디이소시아네이트의 당량비가 0.95 내지 1.10인 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지 35 ~ 80 중량%; 및유기인계 난연제 0.5 ~ 15 중량%, 디펜타에리스리톨 0.5 ~ 10 중량%, 탈크 0.5 ~ 5 중량%, 및 멜라민 유도체 5 ~ 35 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐계 난연 열가소성 폴리우레탄 복합 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올은 폴리에스테르 폴리올 또는 폴리에테르 폴리올이며, 분자량이 500 내지 8000인 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐계 난연 열가소성 폴리우레탄 복합 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지의 분자량은 100,000 내지 700,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐계 난연 열가소성 폴리우레탄 복합 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기인계 난연제는 포스핀산염, 디포스핀산염 및 이들의 중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐계 난연 열가소성 폴리우레탄 복합 수지 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 포스핀산염은 하기 화학식 1로 표시되고, 상기 디포스핀산염은 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐계 난연 열가소성 폴리우레탄 복합 수지 조성물.[화학식 1][화학식 2]여기서 상기 R1 및 R2는 C1~C6 의 메틸, 에틸, n-프로필, 이소프로필, n-부틸, t-부틸 또는 n-펜틸, 페닐이며, R3은 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 C1-C10-알킬렌(예: 메틸렌, 에틸렌, n-프로필렌, 이소프로필렌, n-부틸렌, 3급-부틸렌, n-펜틸렌, n-옥틸렌, n-도데실렌), C6-C10-아릴렌 (예: 페닐렌 또는 나프틸렌), C6-C10-알킬아릴렌(예: 메틸페닐렌, 에틸페닐렌, 3급-부틸페닐렌, 메틸나프틸렌, 에틸나프틸렌, 3급-부틸나프틸렌) 또는 C6-C10-아릴알킬렌 (예: 페닐메틸렌, 페닐에틸렌, 페닐프로필렌 또는 페닐부틸렌)이고, M은 칼슘, 알루미늄 또는 아연이며; m은 2 또는 3이고; n은 1 또는 3이며; x는 1 또는 2이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 멜라민 유도체는 멜라민 시아누레이트, 멜라민 포스페이트, 멜라민 폴리포스페이트 및 멜라민 보레이트 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐계 난연 열가소성 폴리우레탄 복합 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지는 50 내지 70 중량%가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐계 난연 열가소성 폴리우레탄 복합 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 인계 난연제는 2 내지 10중량%가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐계 난연 열가소성 폴리우레탄 복합 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 멜라민 유도체는 15 내지 30 중량%가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐계 난연 열가소성 폴리우레탄 복합 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디펜타에리스리톨은 2 내지 8중량%가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐계 난연 열가소성 폴리우레탄 복합 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탈크는 1 내지 4 중량%가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐계 난연 열가소성 폴리우레탄 복합 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 난연제의 입자크기는 1 내 지 60㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 비할로겐계 난연 열가소성 폴리우레탄 복합 수지 조성물.
