Claims (7)
- 스팟 용접 시 용접 부재의 상하에서 접촉되는 용접 전극에 있어서,상기 용접 부재의 상하 중 일측에 접촉되며, 전극 선단에 홀을 갖는 제1전극부와;상기 스팟 용접시 상기 제1전극부와 쌍을 이루어 상기 용접 부재의 상하 중 타측에 접촉되는 제2전극부를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 전극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제2전극부는 전극 선단에 홀을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 전극.
- 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 2 전극부의 몸체는 동합금으로 형성되며, 상기 홀의 내부 및 입구측은 상기 동합금보다 강도가 높은 물질이면서 용접시 열전도율을 유지하는 금속물질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 전극.상기 금속물질은 티타늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 전극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 홀은상기 홀의 입구에서 상기 홀의 내부로 갈수록 직경이 감소하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 전극.
- 용접 부재에 대한 가열을 위해 외부로부터 공급된 전류를 전극 선단까지 전달하는 매개체인 동합금의 전극 몸체부;상기 전극 선단에 형성되며, 입구 및 내부가 상기 동합금 또는 상기 동합금보다 강도가 높은 물질로 형성되는 홀(hole)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 전극.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 홀은 상기 입구로부터 상기 내부로 갈수록 직경이 작아지게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 전극.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 홀을 형성하는 상기 물질은 용접시 열전도율을 유지하는 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 전극.
