Claims (9)
- 스트립 유형(strip type)의 기판부 상에 고정화된 생체물질을 자성나노입자로 표지하는 단계; 및상기 생체물질을 표지한 자성나노입자를 주파수 혼합 방식의 자기 판독기(frequency mixing magnetic reader)를 이용하여 측정하는 단계;를 포함하는 생체물질의 정량적 검출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판부는 자성을 띠지 않는 재질로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 생체물질의 정량적 검출방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기판부는 반도체 웨이퍼, 유리, 또는 석영(quartz)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 생체물질의 정량적 검출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자성나노입자는 1nm 내지 200nm의 입경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 생체물질의 정량적 검출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판부 상에 고정화된 생체물질을 자성나노입자로 표지하는 단계는, 상기 생체물질에 대한 제1 포획자 및 제2 포획자를 이용하여 샌드위치 면역반응에 의해 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 생체물질의 정량적 검출방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 기판부는 생체물질에 대한 제1 포획자가 고정 가능하도록 표면처리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 생체물질의 정량적 검출방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제1 포획자 및 제2 포획자는 각각 항원, 항체, DNA, RNA, PNA, LNA, 합텐(hapten), 앱타머(aptamer), 아비딘, 비오틴, 스트렙트아비딘, 뉴트라비딘(neturavidin), 렉틴, 셀렉틴(selectin), 효소, 호르몬, 단백질, 수용체, 리간드, 아미노산, 올리고뉴클레오티드, 펩티드 및 올리고펩티드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상이고, 서로 동일하거나 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는, 생체물질의 정량적 검출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 생체물질은 DNA, RNA, 올리고뉴클레오티드, 펩티드, 단백질, 항원, 항체, 바이러스, 호르몬, 병원성 세균, 바이러스, 세포, 당 및 휘발 성 유기물질로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 생체물질의 정량적 검출방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판부 상에 고정화된 생체물질을 자성나노입자로 표지하는 단계 뒤에, 여분의 자성나노입자를 제거하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 생체물질의 정량적 검출방법.
