Claims (15)
- A. 개별적인 파라핀계 나프타 피드스트림을 다운플로우 반응기가 결합된 FCC 유닛 내에서 사용되는 촉매와 동일 구성을 가지는 재생촉매 또는 새로운 촉매를 포함하는 상기 다운플로우 반응기의 상부로 안내하는 단계;B. 상기 파라핀계 나프타 피드스트림을 크래킹하여 경질 탄화수소 반응생성물을 생산하기 위해, 촉매-피드스트림의 무게 비율이 10퍼센트에서 80퍼센트 범위이고, 화씨 900도에서 화씨 1200도 범위의 작업온도에서 상기 피드스트림이 반응존에서 0.1초에서 0.5초의 체류시간을 갖도록 상기 다운플로우 반응기를 작동하는 단계;C. 상기 다운플로우 반응기 크래킹 공정에서 생성된 상기 경질 탄화수소 반응생성물 스트림을 상기 반응존의 폐촉매 다운스트림으로부터 분리하는 단계; 및D. 상기 경질 탄화수소 반응생성물 스트림을 회수하는 단계를 포함하는, 원유 증류 유닛으로부터 얻어진 파라핀계 나프타 피드스트림에서 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 부틸렌, 및 가솔린으로 구성된 경질 탄화수소 생성물 스트림으로 변환을 향상시키는 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 다운플로우 반응기는 0.2초에서 2초 범위의 피드스트림 체류시간을 갖도록 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파라핀계 나프타 피드스트림에서 경질 탄화수소 생성물 스트림으로의 변환을 향상시키는 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 촉매-피드스트림의 무게비율은 20퍼센트에서 50퍼센트 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 파라핀계 나프타 피드스트림에서 경질 탄화수소 생성물 스트림으로의 변환을 향상시키는 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 다운플로우 반응기로부터 회수된 상기 경질 탄화수소 반응생성물 스트림은 분별증류(fractionation)되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파라핀계 나프타 피드스트림에서 경질 탄화수소 생성물 스트림으로의 변환을 향상시키는 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 다운플로우 반응기로부터 회수된 상기 경질 탄화수소 반응생성물 스트림은 분별증류를 위해 상기 FCC 유닛으로부터의 폐기스트림과 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파라핀계 나프타 피드스트림에서 경질 탄화수소 생성물 스트림으로의 변환을 향상시키는 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 다운플로우 반응기로부터의 폐촉매와 FCC 유닛으로부터의 폐촉매를 혼 합 및 결합하는 단계, 및 상기 다운플로우 반응기 및 상기 FCC 유닛에서 재사용을 위해 결합된 상기 촉매를 재생하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파라핀계 나프타 피드스트림에서 경질 탄화수소 생성물 스트림으로의 변환을 향상시키는 방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 혼합 및 결합하는 단계와 상기 재생하는 단계는 연속적으로 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파라핀계 나프타 피드스트림에서 경질 탄화수소 생성물 스트림으로의 변환을 향상시키는 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 탄화수소 반응생성물 스트림은 싸이클론 분리기 공정에 의해 상기 폐촉매로부터 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파라핀계 나프타 피드스트림에서 경질 탄화수소 생성물 스트림으로의 변환을 향상시키는 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,반응존 아래의 상기 촉매 및 상기 반응생성물에 냉각 유체를 적용하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파라핀계 나프타 피드스트림에서 경질 탄화수소 생성물 스트림으로의 변환을 향상시키는 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 반응존의 상기 폐촉매 다운스트림을 탈거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파라핀계 나프타 피드스트림에서 경질 탄화수소 생성물 스트림으로의 변환을 향상시키는 방법.
- A. FCC 유닛에 인접한 다운플로우 반응기의 상부에 개별적인 파라핀계 나프타 피드스트림을 유입하는 단계;B. 촉매-피드스트림의 무게비율이 10퍼센트에서 80퍼센트 범위에서 상기 파라핀계 나프타 피드스트림과의 혼합을 위해 상기 FCC 유닛에 사용되는 동일 종류의 재생촉매를 상기 다운플로우 반응기로 유입하는 단계;C. 상기 촉매 및 상기 파라핀계 나프타 혼합물을 반응존을 통해 0.1초에서 5초 사이의 체류시간을 갖도록 화씨 900도에서 화씨 1200도 범위의 온도가 유지되는 상기 다운플로우 반응기에 통과시키는 단계;D. 폐촉매로부터 결과물인 경질 올레핀의 반응생성물 스트림 및 가솔린을 분리하는 단계;E. 상기 반응생성물 스트림을 회수하는 단계; 및F. 상기 다운플로우 반응기로부터의 상기 폐촉매를 재생을 위하여 상기 FCC 유닛으로부터의 폐촉매를 역시 함유하고 있는 분리된 재생 베슬에 통과시키는 단계를 포함하는 폐촉매로부터 재생된 유동 촉매 크래킹(FCC) 촉매원료, 특정 성분의 촉매를 포함한 유동 촉매 크래킹(FCC)유닛에서 석유 공급원료 공정과 관련하 여 주로 경질올레핀 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 부틸렌, 및 가솔린으로 구성된 생성물 스트림을 생산하는 방법.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,상기 다운플로우 반응기는 0.2초에서 2초 범위의 피드스트림 체류시간을 갖도록 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생성물 스트림 생산 방법.
