Claims (12)
- 공기로부터 입자를 제거하는 정전기 입자 필터로서,제 1 및 제 2 반대면을 구비하는 필터 매체와,입자를 포함하는 공기 흐름을 위해 투과성이 있고, 각기 상기 필터 매체의 제 1 및 제 2 반대면상에 공형(共形)으로 제공되는 제 1 전극 및 제 2 전극을 포함하는, 정전기 입자 필터에 있어서,상기 제 1 전극, 제 2 전극 및 필터 매체는 전기적 전도 전류가 상기 필터 매체를 통과하는 것을 허용하도록 배열되고, 상기 제 1 전극은, 30%의 상대 습도에서, 스퀘어(square)당 약 106옴의 하한값과 스퀘어당 약 1012옴의 상한값 범위 내의 시트 저항을 갖는 중간 정도의 전도성 전극인 것을 특징으로 하는, 정전기 입자 필터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 전극은, 30%의 상대 습도에서, 스퀘어당 약 106옴의 하한값과 스퀘어당 약 1012옴의 상한값 범위 내의 시트 저항을 갖는 중간 정도의 전도성 전극인, 정전기 입자 필터.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 하한값은 스퀘어당 약 107옴이고/이거나, 상기 상한값은 약 스퀘어당 1011옴인, 정전기 입자 필터.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 하한값은 약 스퀘어당 약 108옴이고/이거나, 또는 상기 상한값은 약 스퀘어당 1010옴인, 정전기 입자 필터.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 중간 정도의 전도성 전극은 유기 화합물을 포함하는, 정전기 입자 필터.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 유기 화합물은 친수성 유기 화합물인, 정전기 입자 필터.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 중간 정도의 전도성 전극은 도핑제를 포함하는, 정전기 입자 필터.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 도핑제는 친수성 도핑제 또는 흡습성 도핑제인, 정전기 입자 필터.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 필터 매체는 소수성 물질을 포함하는, 정전기 입자 필터.
- 정전기 여과 시스템으로서,입자 충전부와,제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 정전기 입자 필터를 포함하는, 정전기 여과 시스템.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 도핑제는 광촉매제인, 정전기 입자 필터.
- 정전기 여과 시스템으로서,입자 충전부와,제 11 항에 청구된 정전기 입자 필터와,광촉매제를 활성화하기 위해 자외선 조사를 생성하도록 배열되는 광원을 포함하는, 정전기 여과 시스템.
