- 집전체 상에, 이 집전체의 양 단부가 노출되도록 활물질층을 형성하는 공정(a)과,상기 집전체 상에, 상기 활물질층을 피복하도록 다공질막을 형성하는 공정(b)을 구비하며,상기 공정(a)에서, 상기 집전체 일단부의 상기 활물질층의 제 1 미형성부 폭은, 타단부의 제 2 미형성부 폭보다 좁게 형성되고,상기 공정(b)에서, 상기 다공질막은, 상기 제 1 미형성부의 상기 활물질층 단면을 피복함과 더불어, 상기 제 2 미형성부의 상기 집전체 일부를 노출하도록 형성되는 이차전지용 전극의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 공정(b)에서 상기 다공질막은, 상기 제 1 미형성부 전체를 피복하도록 형성되는 이차전지용 전극의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 공정(b)에서 상기 다공질막은, 다공질막 슬러리를 인쇄에 의해 상기 집전체 상에 도포함으로써 형성되는 이차전지용 전극의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 공정(a)에서, 상기 제 1 미형성부의 폭은 3㎜ 이하로, 상기 제 2 미형성부의 폭은 5㎜ 이상이 되도록 형성되는 이차전지용 전극의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 다공질막은 무기산화물을 함유하는 이차전지용 전극의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 전극은 음극으로서 사용되는 이차전지용 전극의 제조방법.
- 양극 또는 음극의 적어도 한쪽이 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법에 의해 형성된 전극을 구비하는 이차전지로서,상기 전극은, 상기 양극 및 상기 음극이 분리막을 개재하여 감기거나 또는 적층된 전극군을 구성하며,상기 집전체의 제 2 미형성부 단부는, 전극단자에 접속된 집전판에 접합되는 이차전지.
- 집전체 상에 활물질층이 각각 형성된 양극 및 음극이, 분리막을 개재하고 감기거나 또는 적층된 전극군을 구비하는 이차전지에 있어서,상기 양극 또는 음극 중 적어도 한쪽 전극의 집전체 상에는, 상기 활물질층을 피복하는 다공질막이 추가로 형성되며,상기 다공질막이 형성된 상기 집전체는, 이 집전체의 양 단부에서, 상기 활물질층이 형성되지 않는 제 1 미형성부 및 제 2 미형성부를 가지고,상기 제 1 미형성부의 폭은 상기 제 2 미형성부 폭보다 좁게 형성되며,상기 제 1 미형성부의 상기 활물질층 단면은 상기 다공질막으로 피복되고,상기 제 2 미형성부의 상기 집전체 일부는 상기 다공질막으로 피복되지 않는 이차전지.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 제 1 미형성부에서의 상기 집전체 전체는 상기 다공질막으로 피복되는 이차전지.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 제 1 미형성부의 폭은 3㎜ 이하, 상기 제 2 미형성부의 폭은 5㎜ 이상인 이차전지.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 다공질막은 무기산화물을 함유하는 이차전지.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 다공질막이 형성된 집전체의 제 2 미형성부 단부는, 전극단자에 접속된 집전판에 접합되는 이차전지.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 다공질막이 형성된 상기 집전체는 음극 집전체를 구성하는 이차전지.
