Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 공액 디엔계 단량체와 비닐 방향족계 단량체를 리튬 개시제를 이용하여 블록 공중합하는 방법으로서, 중합할 때, 하기 (1), (2)의 물질을 공존시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 블록 공중합체의 제조 방법.(1) 제3급 아민 화합물(2) 나트륨알콕시드여기서, (2)/(1)=0.01 이상 0.1 미만(몰비)이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공액 디엔계 단량체가 1,3 부타디엔이고, 비닐 방향족계 단량체가 스티렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 블록 공중합체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (2)/(1)=0.03 이상 0.08 미만(몰비)인 블록 공중합체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 방법으로 중합한 후, 티타노센 화합물을 이용하여 수소 첨가 반응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 블록 공중합체의 제조 방법.
- 공액 디엔계 단량체와 비닐 방향족계 단량체를 포함하는 블록 공중합체로서, 공액 디엔계 단량체에 유래하는 비닐 결합량이 50% 이상이고, 블록 공중합체 중의 비닐 방향족계 단량체 함유량이 30 중량% 이상, 또한 겔 투과 크로마토그래피(GPC)로 측정되는 단일 피크의 중량 평균 분자량과 수 평균 분자량의 비율인 분자량 분포가 1.4 이하인 블록 공중합체 또는 그의 수소 첨가물.
- 공액 디엔계 단량체와 비닐 방향족계 단량체를 포함하는 블록 공중합체로서, 공액 디엔계 단량체에 유래하는 비닐 결합량이 50% 이상이고, 블록 공중합체 중의 비닐 방향족계 단량체 함유량이 30 중량% 미만, 또한 겔 투과 크로마토그래피(GPC)로 측정되는 단일 피크의 중량 평균 분자량과 수 평균 분자량의 비율인 분자량 분포가 1.2 이하, 및/또는 비닐 방향족계 단량체를 포함하는 중합체 블록의 분자량 분포가 1.2 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 블록 공중합체 또는 그의 수소 첨가물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 겔 투과 크로마토그래피(GPC)로 측정되는 단일 피크의 중량 평균 분자량과 수 평균 분자량의 비율인 분자량 분포가 1.15 이하인 블록 공중합체 또는 그의 수소 첨가물.
