Claims (14)
- 외벽 마감재와 일체화된 상태로 형성된 실리카 소결체층을 포함하는 탄화규소 필터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 필터는 허니컴 필터 또는 캔들 필터인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화규소 필터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 외벽 마감재는 탄화규소, 세라믹 파이버, 유기 바인더 및 무기 바인더를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화규소 필터.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 세라믹 파이버는 알루미나, 알루미노 실리케이트, 알루미노 보로실리케이트 및 뮬라이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화규소 필터.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 유기 바인더는 폴리아크릴아미드, 폴리에틸렌옥시드, 에폭시 바인더, 폴리비닐알코올, 메틸 셀룰로오스, 에틸 셀룰로오스, 히드록시에틸 셀룰로오스, 카복실메틸 셀룰로오스, 폴리비닐아세테이트, 정제 녹말, 덱스트린, 폴리비닐부티랄, 폴리메틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 파라핀, 왁스 및 폴리에틸렌글리콜로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화규소 필터.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 무기 바인더는 점토, 장석, 알루미나, 실리카-알루미나 및 실리카로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화규소 필터.
- 외벽 마감재 처리 공정을 거친 탄화규소 필터를 실리카 솔로 처리하는 제 1 단계; 실리카 솔로 처리된 탄화규소 필터를 압축 공기로 블로잉한 후, 건조하는 제 2 단계; 및 건조된 탄화규소 필터를 열처리하는 제 3 단계를 포함하는 탄화규소 필터의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,탄화규소 필터는, (a) 탄화규소 세그먼트를 접합하는 단계; (b) 단계 (a)에서 제조된 접합물의 외벽면을 가공하는 단계; 및 (c) 단계 (b)에서 가공된 외벽면을 외벽 마감재로 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 방법으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 단계 (c) 후에 필터에 하소 또는 소성 공정을 추가로 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 실리카 솔은 실리카 고형분을 용매에 희석시켜 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 실리카 고형분은 실리카 솔의 전체 중량에 대하여 5 내지 50 중량%의 양으로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 제 1 단계의 실리카 솔로의 처리는, 실리카 솔을 탄화규소 필터에 도포하는 방법; 탄화규소 필터에 실리카 솔을 분사하는 방법 또는 탄화규소 필터를 실리카 솔에 함침시키는 방법으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 열처리는 1200 내지 1400℃의 온도에서 1 내지 5 시간 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 캐니스터; 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항의 탄화규소 필터; 및 재생 장치를 포함하는 디젤엔진용 분진 필터.
