Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 편광자의 양면에 접착제를 개재하여 보호 필름이 부착된 편광판으로서,상기 편광자는, 요오드를 함유하는 폴리비닐알코올계 수지로 이루어지고, 또한, 아연을 함유하고,상기 보호 필름은, 40℃, 90% RH 의 분위기 하에서의 투습도가 150g/㎡ㆍ24h 이하이며,상기 접착제는, 폴리비닐알코올계 수지, 가교제, 및 평균 입경이 1 ∼ 100nm 인 금속 화합물 콜로이드를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 접착제가, 상기 접착제 중의 상기 폴리비닐알코올계 수지 100 중량부에 대해 상기 금속 화합물 콜로이드를 200 중량부 이하의 비율로 함유하는, 편광판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 금속 화합물 콜로이드가 정전하를 갖는, 편광판.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 금속 화합물 콜로이드가 알루미나 콜로이드인, 편광판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 폴리비닐알코올계 수지가 아세토아세틸기를 함유하는 폴리비닐알코올계 수지인, 편광판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 접착제 층의 두께가 10 ∼ 300nm 이며, 또한, 상기 접착제 층의 두께가 상기 금속 화합물 콜로이드의 평균 입경보다 큰, 편광판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가교제가 메틸올기를 갖는 화합물을 함유하는, 편광판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가교제의 배합량이 상기 접착제 중의 상기 폴리비닐알코올계 수지 100 중량부에 대해 10 ∼ 60 중량부인, 편광판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 편광자 중의 아연 함유량이 상기 편광자 중 0.002 ∼ 2 중량% 인, 편광판.
- 편광자의 양면에 보호 필름이 접착제를 개재하여 적층된 제 1 항 기재된 편 광판을 제조하는 방법으로서,요오드를 함유하는 폴리비닐알코올계 수지로 이루어지고, 또한, 아연을 함유하는 편광자 및/또는, 40℃, 90% RH 의 분위기 하에서의 투습도가 150g/㎡ㆍ24h 이하인 보호 필름에, 폴리비닐알코올계 수지, 가교제, 및 평균 입경이 1 ∼ 100nm 인 금속 화합물 콜로이드를 함유하는 접착제를 도포하는 공정,상기 편광자와 상기 보호 필름을 부착시키는 공정,상기 편광자와 상기 보호 필름을 부착시킨 후에 건조시키는 공정을 갖는, 편광판의 제조 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 편광자와 상기 보호 필름을 부착시키는 공정에 제공되는 상기 편광자의 수분율이 12 ∼ 31 중량% 인, 편광판의 제조 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 건조시키는 공정에 있어서의 건조 온도가 90℃ 이하인, 편광판의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 편광판이 적어도 1 매 적층되어 있는, 광학 필름.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 편광판, 또는 제 13 항에 기 재된 광학 필름을 적어도 1 매 사용한, 화상 표시 장치.
