Claims (10)
- 제 1기판; 및상기 제1 기판에 장착되어 상기 제1 기판과 전기적으로 연결되고 발광 소자가 구비된 제2 기판이 포함되는 광원 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제1 기판에는 외부의 전원장치 또는 구동장치와 연결되는 커넥터가 포함되는 광원 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제1 기판에는 상기 커넥터와 배선을 통해 전기적으로 연결되고 상기 제2 기판과 전기적으로 연결되는 제1 전극 및 제2 전극이 포함되는 광원 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제2 기판에는 복수의 발광 소자가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 광원 장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 복수의 발광 소자는 백색광, 적색광, 녹색광 및 청색광 중 적어도 어느 하나를 방출하는 발광 다이오드인 것을 특징으로 하는 광원 장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 복수의 발광 소자는 직렬 또는 병렬 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 광원 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제2 기판의 하측면에는 상기 제1 기판과 전기적으로 연결되는 제3 전극 및 제4 전극이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광원 장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 제3 전극 및 제4 전극은 상기 제2 기판에 형성된 배선과 도전물질이 충진된 비아홀을 통해 전기적으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광원 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제2 기판은 복수개가 구비되어 상기 제1 기판에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광원 장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 제1 기판은 상기 복수의 제 2 기판과 각각 개별적으로 전기적으로 연결 된 것을 특징으로 하는 광원 장치.
