Claims (22)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식(V)로 나타내는 비타민 D2유도체의 산화가, 용매중에서 산화제를 사용하여 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 R1 및 R2로 나타내는 수산기의 보호기가, 시릴기, 알콕시메틸기, 아랄킬옥시메틸기, 또는 아실기인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 R1 및 R2로 나타내는 수산기의 보호기가, 트리메틸시릴기, 트리에틸시릴기, 메톡시메틸기, 벤질옥시메틸기, 또는 아세틸기인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 식(IV)로 나타내는 비타민 D2유도체의 산화가, 용매중에서 산화제를 사용하여 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 식(IV)로 나타내는 비타민 D2유도체의 산화가, 용매중에서 산화제를 사용하여 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 R1 및 R2로 나타내지는 수산기의 보호기가, 시릴기, 알콕시메틸기, 아랄킬옥시메틸기, 또는 아실기인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 재9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 R1 및 R2로 나타내는 수산기의 보호기가, 트리메틸시릴기, 트리에틸시릴기, 메톡시메틸기, 벤질옥시메틸기, 또는 아세틸기인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 R1 및 R2로 나타내는 수산기의 보호기가, 시릴기, 알콕시메틸기, 아랄킬옥시메틸기, 또는 아실기인 것을 특징으로 하는 유도체.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 R1및 R2로 나타내는 수산기의 보호기가, 트리메틸시릴기, 트리에틸시릴기, 메톡시메틸기, 벤질옥시메틸기, 또는 아세틸기인 것을 특징으로 하는 유도체.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 R1 및 R2가 수소 원자인 것을 특징으로 하는 유도체.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 X1 및 X2가, 모두 수산기이며, 상기 R1 및 R2는 수소 원자인 것을 특징으로 하는 유도체.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 식(IV)로 나타내는 비타민 D2유도체의 산화가, 용매중에서 산화제를 사용하여 실시되는 제조 방법.
- 제19항 또는 제20항에 있어서, 상기 R1 및 R2로 나타내는 수산기의 보호기가, 시릴기, 알콕시메틸기, 아랄킬옥시메틸기, 또는 아실기인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제19항 또는 제20항에 있어서, 상기 R1 및 R2로 나타내는 수산기의 보호기가, 트 리메틸시릴기, 트리에틸시릴기, 메톡시메틸기, 벤질옥시메틸기, 또는 아세틸기인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
