Claims (7)
- A) 하기 일반식 (1)의 말단기를 하나 이상 갖는 알콕시실란 말단 중합체(A)를,B) 아미노알킬알콕시실란(B), 및C) 에폭시알킬알콕시실란(C)과 혼합하여, 가교 중합체 배합물(P)의 탄성 회복률을 개선시키는 방법:-A-(CH2)m-SiR1 a(OR2)3-a (1)상기 식 중,A는 -O-, -S-, -(R3)N-, -O-CO-N(R3)-, -N(R3)-CO-O-, -N(R3)-CO-NH-, -NH-CO-N(R3)-, -N(R3)-CO-N(R3)- 중에서 선택되는 2가 결합기이고,R1은 탄소 원자수 1∼10의 비치환 또는 할로겐 치환된 알킬, 시클로알킬, 알케닐 또는 아릴 부분이며,R2는 탄소 원자수 1∼6의 알킬 부분 또는 총 탄소 원자수 2∼10의 ω-옥사알킬알킬 부분이고,R3은 수소, 비치환 또는 할로겐 치환된 환형, 선형 또는 분지형 C1-C18 알킬 부분 또는 알케닐 부분, 또는 C6-C18 아릴 부분이며,a는 0∼2의 정수이고,m은 1∼6의 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알콕시실란 말단 중합체(A)의 주쇄는 폴리실록산, 폴리실록산-우레아/우레탄 공중합체, 폴리우레탄, 폴리우레아, 폴리에테르, 폴리에스테르, 폴리아크릴레이트 및 폴리메타크릴레이트, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리스티렌, 폴리아미드, 폴리비닐 에스테르 또는 폴리올레핀, 폴리부타디엔, 에틸렌-올레핀 공중합체 또는 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체 및 서로 다른 주쇄를 갖는 중합체로 이루어진 혼합물 및 조합물 중에서 선택되는 중합체로 이루어지는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중합체(A)는 하기 일반식 (3)의 실란과 폴리에스테르 폴리올 또는 폴리에테르 폴리올의 반응을 통해 얻을 수 있는 것인 방법:OCN-(CH2)m-SiR1 a(OR2)3-a (3)상기 식 중,R1, R2, R3 및 a는 제1항에서 정의된 바와 같고,m은 1 또는 3이다.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R2가 탄소 원자수 1∼3의 알킬 부분인 방법.
- m의 값이 1인 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체 배합물(P).
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 1액형 경화형 중합체 배합물(P)을 제조하는 것인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 실란 (C)를 먼저 첨가한 후 실란 (B)를 첨가하는 것인 방법.
