Claims (26)
- 다음의 (A) 내지 (D)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 중합체 조성물:(A) 시차 주사 열량 분석(DSC)으로 측정되는 융점이 120℃ 내지 170℃의 범위에 있는 프로필렌계 중합체 5 내지 64.9질량%,(B) 시차 주사 열량 분석(DSC)으로 측정되는 융점이 120℃ 미만이거나 융점이 관측되지 않는 프로필렌계 중합체 0 내지 59.9질량%,(C) 시차 주사 열량 분석(DSC)으로 측정되는 융점이 120℃ 미만이거나 융점이 관측되지 않는 프로필렌계 중합체(C-1)를, 극성기를 함유하는 바이닐 화합물 및 실레인 화합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 화합물로 그래프트 변성하여 이루어지는 그래프트 변성 프로필렌계 중합체 0.1 내지 30질량%, 및(D) 무기계 충전제 35 내지 75질량%,여기서, (A), (B), (C) 및 (D)의 합계량은 100질량%이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 프로필렌계 중합체(C-1)가 이하의 (i) 및 (ii)를 만족시키는 프로필렌ㆍ탄소 원자수 4 내지 20의 α-올레핀 공중합체(C-1a)인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 중합체 조성물:(i) 겔 투과 크로마토그래피(GPC)에 의해서 측정된 분자량 분포(Mw/Mn)가 1 내지 3의 범위이고,(ii) 융점(Tm)(℃)과 13C-NMR 스펙트럼 측정으로 구해지는 코모노머 구성 단위의 함량 M(몰%)이 이하의 수학식 (1)을 만족시키고, Tm은 120℃ 미만이다.[수학식 1]146exp(-0.022M)≥Tm≥125exp(-0.032M)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 프로필렌계 중합체(C-1)가 이하의 (m) 및 (n)을 만족시키는 프로필렌ㆍ에틸렌ㆍ탄소 원자수 4 내지 20의 α-올레핀 랜덤 공중합체(C-1b)인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 중합체 조성물:(m) 겔 투과 크로마토그래피(GPC)에 의해서 측정된 분자량 분포(Mw/Mn)가 1 내지 3의 범위이고,(n) 프로필렌 유래의 구성 단위를 40 내지 85몰%, 에틸렌 유래의 구성 단위를 5 내지 30몰%, 및 탄소 원자수 4 내지 20의 α-올레핀 유래의 구성 단위를 5 내지 30몰% 포함하고, 또한, 프로필렌 유래의 구성 단위, 에틸렌 유래의 구성 단위, 및 탄소 원자수 4 내지 20인 α-올레핀 유래의 구성 단위의 합계는 100몰%이다.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 무기계 충전제(D)가 탈크, 금속 수산화물, 금속 탄산염 및 금속 산화물 로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 충전제인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,프로필렌계 중합체(A), 프로필렌계 중합체(B), 그래프트 변성 프로필렌계 중합체(C) 및 무기계 충전제(D)의 합계 100질량부에 대하여, 에틸렌계 중합체(E)를 0.1 내지 20질량부 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,프로필렌계 중합체(A), 프로필렌계 중합체(B), 그래프트 변성 프로필렌계 중합체(C) 및 무기계 충전제(D)의 합계 100질량부에 대하여, 오일(F)을 0.1 내지 20질량부 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 중합체 조성물.

- 그래프트 변성 프로필렌계 중합체(C)와 에틸렌계 중합체(E)를 용융 혼련하여 프로필렌계 중합체 조성물(G)을 제조하고, 상기 프로필렌계 중합체 조성물(G), 무 기계 충전제(D), 프로필렌계 중합체(A) 및 프로필렌계 중합체(B)를 포함하는 성분을 용융 혼련하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 5 항에 기재된 열가소성 중합체 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 기재된 제조 방법으로 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 및 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 열가소성 중합체 조성물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 성형체가 전선의 절연체 또는 전선 시스인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 및 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 열가소성 중합체 조성물을 이용하여 이루어지는 절연체, 및/또는 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 및 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 열가소성 중합체 조성물을 이용하여 이루어지는 시스를 갖는 전선.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 전선이 차량용 전선, 자동차용 전선 또는 기기용 전선인 것을 특징으로 하는 전선.
- 다음의 (A), (BB) 및 (D)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 중합체 조성물:(A) 시차 주사 열량 분석(DSC)으로 측정되는 융점이 120℃ 내지 170℃의 범위에 있는 프로필렌계 중합체 5 내지 64.9질량%,(BB) 일부 또는 전부가, 극성기를 함유하는 바이닐 화합물 및 실레인 화합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 화합물로 그래프트 변성되어 있고, 시차 주사 열량 분석(DSC)으로 측정되는 융점이 120℃ 미만이거나 융점이 관측되지 않는 그래프트 변성 프로필렌계 중합체 0.1 내지 60.0질량%, 및(D) 무기계 충전제 35 내지 75질량%,여기서, (A), (BB) 및 (D)의 합계량은 100질량%이다.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 그래프트 변성 프로필렌계 중합체(BB)의, 온도 190℃, 하중 2.16kg에서 측정한 용융 유동 속도가 0.01 내지 100g/10분의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 제 14 항 또는 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 그래프트 변성 프로필렌계 중합체(BB)가, 탄소 원자수 4 내지 20의 α- 올레핀 유래의 구성 단위를 5 내지 50몰% 포함하는 프로필렌ㆍ탄소 원자수 4 내지 20의 α-올레핀 랜덤 공중합체의 그래프트 변성체(BB-1a)이고, 여기서, 상기 프로필렌 유래의 구성 단위와, 탄소 원자수 4 내지 20의 α-올레핀 유래의 구성 단위의 합계가 100몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 제 14 항 또는 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 그래프트 변성 프로필렌계 중합체(BB)가, 프로필렌 유래의 구성 단위를 40 내지 85몰%, 에틸렌 유래의 구성 단위를 5 내지 30몰%, 및 탄소 원자수 4 내지 20의 α-올레핀 유래의 구성 단위를 5 내지 30몰% 포함하는 프로필렌ㆍ에틸렌ㆍ탄소 원자수 4 내지 20의 α-올레핀 랜덤 공중합체의 그래프트 변성체(BB-1b)이고, 여기서, 상기 프로필렌 유래의 구성 단위, 에틸렌 유래의 구성 단위, 및 탄소 원자수 4 내지 20의 α-올레핀 유래의 구성 단위의 합계가 100몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 제 14 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 무기계 충전제(D)가 탈크, 금속 수산화물, 금속 탄산염 및 금속 산화물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 충전제인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 제 14 항 내지 제 18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,프로필렌계 중합체(A), 그래프트 변성 프로필렌계 중합체(BB) 및 무기계 충전제(D)의 합계 100질량부에 대하여, 에틸렌계 중합체(E)를 0.1 내지 20질량부 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 제 14 항 내지 제 19 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,프로필렌계 중합체(A), 그래프트 변성 프로필렌계 중합체(BB), 무기계 충전제(D)의 합계 100질량부에 대하여, 오일(F)을 0.1 내지 20질량부 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 그래프트 변성 프로필렌계 중합체(BB)와 에틸렌계 중합체(E)를 용융 혼련하여 프로필렌계 중합체 조성물(GG)을 제조하고, 상기 프로필렌계 중합체 조성물(GG), 무기계 충전제(D) 및 프로필렌계 중합체(A)를 포함하는 성분을 용융 혼련하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 19 항에 기재된 열가소성 중합체 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 21 항에 기재된 제조 방법으로 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 중합체 조성물.
- 제 14 항 내지 제 20 항 및 제 22 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 열가소성 중합체 조성물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체.
- 제 23 항에 있어서,상기 성형체가 전선의 절연체 또는 전선 시스인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형체.
- 제 14 항 내지 제 20 항 및 제 22 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 열가소성 중합체 조성물을 이용하여 이루어지는 절연체, 및/또는 제 14 항 내지 제 20 항 및 제 22 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 열가소성 중합체 조성물을 이용하여 이루어지는 시스를 갖는 전선.
- 제 25 항에 있어서,상기 전선이 차량용 전선, 자동차용 전선 또는 기기용 전선인 것을 특징으로 하는 전선.
