Abstract

본 발명은 용기의 개봉 여부 확인기능, 마개의 분실 방지기능과 함께 제품 내용물 토출시 마개 회전이 방지되고, 용기 본체의 구조 및 용기 본체와 마개의 체결구조를 기존 구조와 동일하게 구성함으로써 제품 자동포장라인 기존 시설에서의 조립 적용이 용이하도록 하는 마개 분실 및 공회전 방지 버팀부를 구비한 용기에 관한 것이다.
이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은 용기의 개봉 여부를 확인할 수 있도록 마개 본체 하방에 용기 본체의 주둥이로부터 이탈이 방지되는 표시링이 구비되며 상기 표시링은 마개 본체와 복수의 브릿지로 연결되는 마개를 갖는 용기에 있어서, 상기 마개 본체와 표시링은 상호 분리가 방지되도록 브릿지 연결선 일부 구간에서 통합형성되고, 상기 표시링은 마개 본체와의 통합부에 인접하여 절개부가 수평형성되어 표시링 본체로부터 용기 개방시 마개 본체를 용기 본체의 주둥이에 긴장 지지시키는 버팀부가 절개형성되며, 상기 통합부 외측에 상기 버팀부를 받혀주기 위한 쐐기가 돌출형성됨을 특징으로 한다.

Description

마개 분실 및 공회전 방지 버팀부를 구비한 용기{A CONTAINER WITH ANTI-MISSING AND ANTI-IDLE STOPPER}
본 발명은 마개 분실방지 용기에 관한 것으로서, 특히 용기의 개봉 여부 확인기능, 마개의 분실 방지기능과 함께 제품 내용물 토출시 마개 회전이 방지되고, 용기 본체의 구조 및 용기 본체와 마개의 체결구조를 기존 구조와 동일하게 구성함으로써 제품 자동포장라인 기존 시설에서의 조립 적용이 용이하도록 하는 마개 분실 및 공회전 방지 버팀부를 구비한 용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 생수나 우유와 같은 식음료를 비롯하여 오일, 도료, 화학제품 등의 액상물질을 보관하는 용기는 어느 것이나 주둥이가 형성되는 본체와 상기 본체의 주둥이를 개폐하는 마개가 구비되어 이루어지며, 주둥이에 대한 마개의 개폐착탈은 나사결합식 또는 탄성을 갖는 걸림단을 이용하는 가압식이 보통이다.
그리고, 도 9 및 도 10에 도시된 바와 같이, 용기(100)의 개봉 여부를 확인할 수 있도록 마개(130) 하방에 본체(110)로부터 이탈이 방지되는 가락지 형태의 표시링(140)이 구비되어 있기도 하다.
상기 마개(130)와 표시링(140)은 방사상으로 형성된 복수의 브릿지(141)로 연결되고 마개(130)를 개봉하면 마개(130)와 표시링(140)을 잇는 브릿지(141)가 절단되어 개봉 흔적을 남기게 된다.
본체(110)로부터 개봉된 마개(130)는 표시링(140)으로부터 완전히 분리되거나 브릿지(141) 중 일부가 절단되지 않을 경우에는 표시링(140)에 불안정하게 연결된 상태로 된다.
그런데 용기는 내용물 덜어내기 등으로 마개(130)를 본체(110)로부터 분리시켜 주둥이(111)를 열어두었다가 재결합하는 일이 반복되며, 마개가 완전 분리될 경우 마개를 지면에 내려놓게 되어 오염염려가 있고 분실하는 경우가 빈번하게 발생되는 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 마개(130)가 표시링(140)에 연결된 경우 표시링(140)은 본체(110)에 대하여 공회전되게 결합되어 있으므로 열려진 마개(130)는 표시링과 함께 공회전되고 내용물 토출시에는 자중에 의하여 하향 회전 위치된다.
따라서, 본체 주둥이(111)에 입을 대고 내용물을 직접 마실 경우에는 마개가 사용자의 입이나 턱에 걸려 불쾌감을 줄뿐만 아니라 거추장스럽고, 다른 용기에 부을 경우에는 내용물이 마개 내부로 흘려져 지저분하며 토출을 간섭하는 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 마개 개폐가 반복되면 남아있던 브릿지도 곧 절단되어 마개 분실염려가 있다.
상기한 종래 기술의 문제점을 해소하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서,
본 발명의 목적은 마개 개방시 마개가 본체에서 이탈되지 않는 표시링에 연결상태를 유지하여 분실이 방지됨과 아울러 마개를 잡아주지 않아도 회전되지 않아 사용자가 예컨대 음료병 등의 용기에 입을 직접 대고 직접 음용시 마개가 얼굴에 닿을 염려가 없으며 다른 용기에 덜어낼 때 내용물을 마개에 묻히지 않아 오염이 방지되도록 하는 마개 분실 및 공회전 방지 버팀부를 구비한 용기를 제공함에 있다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 용기의 개봉 여부 확인기능과 마개의 분실 및 공회전이 방지됨과 아울러 용기 본체의 구조 및 용기 본체와 마개의 체결구조를 그대로 유지함으로써 제품 자동포장라인 기존 시설에서의 조립 적용이 용이하도록 하는 마개 분실 및 공회전 방지 버팀부를 구비한 용기를 제공함에 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하는 본 발명에 따른 마개 분실 및 공회전 방지 버팀부를 구비한 용기는
용기의 개봉 여부를 확인할 수 있도록 마개 본체 하방에 용기 본체의 주둥이로부터 이탈이 방지되는 표시링이 구비되며 상기 표시링은 마개 본체와 복수의 브릿지로 연결되는 마개를 갖는 용기에 있어서,
상기 마개 본체와 표시링은 상호 분리가 방지되도록 브릿지 연결선 일부 구간에서 통합형성되고,
상기 표시링은 마개 본체와의 통합부에 인접하여 절개부가 수평형성되어 표시링 본체로부터 용기 개방시 마개 본체를 용기 본체의 주둥이에 긴장 지지시키는 버팀부가 절개형성되며,
상기 통합부 외측에 상기 버팀부를 받혀주기 위한 쐐기가 돌출형성됨을 특징으로 한다.
이와 같은 구성을 지닌 본 발명에 따른 마개 분실 및 공회전 방지 버팀부를 구비한 용기는 마개 개방시 마개가 본체에서 이탈되지 않는 표시링에 연결상태를 유지하여 분실이 방지됨과 아울러 마개를 잡아주지 않아도 회전되지 않아 사용자가 예컨대 음료병 등의 용기에 입을 직접 대고 직접 음용시 마개가 얼굴에 닿을 염려가 없으며 다른 용기에 덜어낼 때 내용물을 마개에 묻히지 않아 오염이 방지되는 편의성을 갖는다.
또한, 용기의 개봉 여부 확인기능, 마개의 분실 방지기능과 함께 제품 내용물 토출시 마개 회전이 방지되면서도, 용기 본체의 구조 및 용기 본체와 마개의 체결구조를 기존 구조와 동일하게 구성함으로써 제품 자동포장라인 기존 시설에서의 조립 적용이 용이하게 이루어지는 이점이 있다.
이하, 본 발명의 마개 분실 및 공회전 방지 버팀부를 구비한 용기에 대한 실시예를 첨부도면을 참조하여 보다 상세히 설명한다.
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 일 실시예의 구성을 보이는 분해 사시도, 도 2는 도 1의 마개 발췌 가변 상태도, 도 3은 도 1의 결합 사시도, 도 4는 도 2의 단면도, 도 5는 본 발명에 따른 일 실시예의 마개 개방상태도, 도 6은 본 발명에 따른 일 실시예의 마개 개방 고정상태도이다.
도 1 내지 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 일 실시예의 마개 분실 및 공회전 방지 버팀부를 구비한 용기 (1)는 용기의 개봉 여부를 확인할 수 있도록 마개 본체(30A) 하방에 용기 본체(10)의 주둥이(11)로부터 이탈이 방지되는 표시링(30B)이 구비되며 상기 표시링(30B)은 마개 본체(30A)와 복수의 브릿지(31)로 연결되는 마개(30)를 갖는 용기에 있어서, 상기 마개 본체(30A)와 표시링(30B)은 상호 분리가 방지되도록 브릿지(31) 연결선 일부 구간에서 통합형성되고, 상기 표시링(30B)은 마개 본체와의 통합부(32)에 인접하여 절개부(34)가 수평형성되어 표시링 본체(35)로부터 용기 개방시 마개 본체(30A)를 용기 본체의 주둥이(11)에 긴장 지지시키는 버팀부(36)가 절개형성되며, 상기 통합부(32) 외측에 상기 버팀부(36)를 받혀주기 위한 쐐기(33)가 돌출형성되는 것이다.
여기서, 상기 절개부(34)에는 표시링 본체(35)와 버팀부(36)를 연결하는 브릿지(38)가 설정 간격으로 형성됨이 바람직하다.
상기 버팀부(36)를 형성하는 절개부(34)는 통합부(32)를 중심으로 90도 내외 영역에 걸쳐 형성되어도 무방하다.
이러한 구성에 의하여 마개 본체(30A)와 버팀부(36) 및 표시링 본체(35)는 지그재그형태로 형성된다.
또한, 상기 쐐기(33)는 수직상 경사형 돌조로 형성되며, 상기 표시링 본체(35)는 상기 쐐기(33)가 끼워지기 위한 가이드홈(37)이 오목형성됨이 바람직하다. 경사형 돌조로 형성되는 쐐기는 마개를 젖혔을때 용기 본체와 표시링 본체 사이로 끼워지기 위하여 상부 외측이 뾰족하게 돌출되도록 경사형성되는 것이다.
또한, 도 7 및 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 쐐기(33)는 용기 본체(10)의 주둥이(11) 외주면에 대응하여 외측이 만곡 형성되어도 무방하다. 이러한 구성은 쐐기(33)의 폭이 넓게 형성될 경우에 더욱 필요하다.
도면 중 미설명 부호 '33a'는 쐐기의 만곡부이다.
이와 같은 구성을 지닌 본 발명에 따른 마개 분실 및 공회전 방지 버팀부를 구비한 용기 (1)의 작용상태를 살펴본다.
본 발명은 용기 본체(10)의 구성이 종래기술과 동일하고 이러한 본체(10)에 마개가 기존 체결구조를 그대로 유지하면서 용기의 개봉 여부 확인기능과 마개의 분실 및 공회전이 방지되도록 구성된 것이다.
소비자가 용기 개봉을 위하여 마개 본체(30A)를 비틀어 회전시키면 마개 본체(30A)와 표시링(30B)을 연결하는 브릿지(31) 및 표시링 본체(35)와 버팀부(36)를 연결하는 브릿지(38)가 절단되어 마개 본체(30A)가 표시링 본체(35)로부터 떨어지 되 상기 통합부(32) 및 버팀부(36)를 통하여 연결상태를 유지함으로써 분리 및 분실이 방지된다.
이때, 상기 통합부(32)와 연결된 버팀부(36)는 표시링 본체(35)로부터 절단되어 통합부(32)가 마개 본체(30A)를 따라 비스듬히 당겨 올려진다(도 5 참조)
이후, 마개 본체(30A)를 뒤로 젖혀주면 상기 쐐기(33)가 용기 본체(10)와 상기 표시링 본체(35) 사이에 끼워지면서 버팀부(36)를 탄력적으로 고정시킨다(도 6, 도 8 참조).
상기 쐐기(33)는 버팀부(36) 고정시와 고정 해제시 상기 표시링 본체(35)와의 마찰에 의하여 클릭감을 내며, 이처럼 쐐기(33)에 의하여 버팀부(36)가 용기 본체(10)에 긴장 고정됨으로써 마개(30)의 회전이 저지되는 것이다.
따라서 용기 내용물 토출시 마개(30)가 자중에 의하여 하방으로 회전되는 것이 방지되고 마개 본체의 젖혀진 방향이 고정됨으로써 마개를 잡아주지 않아도 사용자가 예컨대 음료병 등의 용기에 입을 직접 대고 직접 음용시 마개가 얼굴에 닿을 염려가 없으며 다른 용기에 덜어낼 때 내용물을 마개에 묻히지 않아 오염이 방지되는 편의성을 갖는다.
이와 같은 본 발명은 마개의 구성을 개선하여 용기의 개봉 여부 확인기능과 마개의 분실 및 공회전이 방지됨과 아울러 용기 본체의 구조 및 용기 본체와 마개의 체결구조를 기존 구조 그대로 유지함으로써 제품 자동포장라인 기존 시설에서의 조립 적용이 용이하게 이루어진다.
이상, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면들을 참조로 설명하였다. 여 기서, 본 명세서 및 청구범위에 사용된 용어나 단어는 통상적이거나 사전적인 의미로 한정해서 해석되어서는 아니되며, 본 발명의 기술적 사상에 부합하는 의미와 개념으로 해석되어야만 한다. 따라서, 본 명세서에 기재된 실시예와 도면에 도시된 구성은 본 발명의 가장 바람직한 일 실시예에 불과할 뿐이고 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 모두 대변하는 것은 아니므로, 본 출원시점에 있어서 이들을 대체할 수 있는 다양한 균등물과 변형예들이 있을 수 있음을 이해하여야 한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 용기의 개봉 여부를 확인할 수 있도록 마개 본체(30A) 하방에 용기 본체(10)의 주둥이(11)로부터 이탈이 방지되는 표시링(30B)이 구비되며 상기 표시링(30B)은 마개 본체(30A)와 복수의 브릿지(31)로 연결되는 마개(30)를 갖는 용기에 있어서,
    상기 마개 본체(30A)와 표시링(30B)은 상호 분리가 방지되도록 브릿지(31) 연결선 일부 구간에서 통합형성되고,
    상기 표시링(30B)은 마개 본체와의 통합부(32)에 인접하여 절개부(34)가 수평형성되어 표시링 본체(35)로부터 용기 개방시 마개 본체(30A)를 용기 본체의 주둥이(11)에 긴장 지지시키는 버팀부(36)가 절개형성되며,
    상기 통합부(32) 외측에 상기 버팀부(36)를 받혀주기 위한 쐐기(33)가 돌출형성됨을 특징으로 하는 마개 분실 및 공회전 방지 용기.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 절개부(34)에는 표시링 본체(35)와 버팀부(36)를 연결하는 브릿지(38)가 설정 간격으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 마개 분실 및 공회전 방지 버팀부를 구비한 용기.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 쐐기(33)는 수직상 경사형 돌조로 형성되며,
    상기 표시링 본체(35)는 상기 쐐기(33)가 끼워지기 위한 가이드홈(37)이 오목형성됨을 특징으로 하는 마개 분실 및 공회전 방지 버팀부를 구비한 용기.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
