Claims (20)
- 다음을 포함하는 내화성 조성물:알루미나 및 지르코니아를 포함하는 제1 성분 세트(set); 및제1 성분 세트의 건조 중량의 5중량% 내지 20중량%의 콜로이드 실리카 결합제(binder),여기서 내화성 조성물은 10중량% 내지 45중량%의 알루미나, 최소한 35중량%의 지르코니아 및 최소한 20중량%의 실리카를 포함함.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 내화성 조성물은 최소한 40중량%의 지르코니아를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화성 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 내화성 조성물은 15중량% 내지 40중량%의 알루미나, 40중량% 내지 60중량%의 지르코니아 및 20중량% 내지 40중량%의 실리카를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화성 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 내화성 조성물은 15중량% 내지 30중량%의 알루미나, 40중량% 내지 55중량%의 지르코니아 및 25중량% 내지 35중량%의 실리카를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화성 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 제1 성분 세트는 메쉬(mesh) 크기 1/4×8의 5중량% 내지 12중량%의 알루미나, 메쉬 크기 8×14의 5중량% 내지 12중량%의 알루미나 및 메쉬 크기 -14M의 2중량% 내지 12중량%의 알루미나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화성 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 제1 성분 세트는 10중량% 내지 35중량%의 알루미나, 60중량% 내지 85중량%의 지르콘 및 10중량%까지의 실리카를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화성 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 제1 성분 세트는 15중량% 내지 30중량%의 알루미나 및 65중량% 내지 80중량%의 지르콘을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화성 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 콜로이드 실리카 결합제는 제1 성분 세트의 건조 중량의 6중량% 내지 12중량%임을 특징으로 하는 내화성 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 경화제(setting agent)를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화성 조성물.

- 제 11항에 있어서, 내화성 조성물은 10중량% 내지 45중량%의 알루미나, 최소한 35중량%의 지르코니아 및 최소한 20중량%의 실리카를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화성 조성물.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 제1 성분 세트는 15중량% 내지 30중량%의 알루미나 및 65중량% 내지 80중량%의 지르콘을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화성 조성물.
- 다음을 포함하는, 유리 용융로를 위한 내화물을 제조하는 방법:알루미나 및 지르코니아를 포함하는 제1 성분 세트를 제공하는 단계;제1 성분 세트의 건조 중량의 5중량% 내지 20중량%의 콜로이드 실리카 결합제를 제공하는 단계;제1 성분 세트를 콜로이드 실리카 결합제와 혼합하여 10중량% 내지 45중량%의 알루미나, 최소한 35중량%의 지르코니아 및 최소한 20중량%의 실리카를 포함하 는 내화성 조성물을 형성하는 단계; 및로(furnace) 표면 위에 내화성 조성물을 형성하는 단계.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 내화성 조성물은 15중량% 내지 40중량%의 알루미나, 40중량% 내지 60중량%의 지르코니아 및 20중량% 내지 40중량%의 실리카를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 내화성 조성물은 15중량% 내지 30중량%의 알루미나, 40중량% 내지 55중량%의 지르코니아 및 25중량% 내지 35중량%의 실리카를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 내화성 조성물은 최소한 40중량%의 지르코니아를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 제1 성분 세트는 10중량% 내지 35중량%의 알루미나, 60중량% 내지 85중량%의 지르콘 및 10중량%까지의 실리카를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 실리카 결합제는 제1 성분 세트의 건조 중량의 6중량% 내지 12중량%임을 특징으로 하는 내화물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 14항에 있어서, 내화성 조성물은 주조(casting), 펌핑(pumping) 및 숏크레팅(shotcreting)으로부터 선택된 방법에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화물을 제조하는 방법.
