Claims (20)
- a. 애노드,b. 리튬을 포함하는 캐소드, 및c. i. 비수계(non-aqueous) 용매,ⅱ. 용질, 및ⅲ. 식: P(OA1R1 m)(OA2R2 n)(OA3R3 p)(식에서, A1, A2 및 A3는 각각 독립적으로 아릴 또는 알킬 잔기이되, A1, A2 및 A3는 전부가 동시에 알킬 잔기일 수는 없고, R1, R2 및 R3는 각각 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, C1-C20 알킬, C1-C20 치환된 알킬, 페닐 및 치환된 페닐로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되고, m, n 및 p는 각각 독립적으로 0 내지 5임)을 가진 방향족 아인산염 화합물 약 0.01 중량% 내지 약 5 중량%를 포함하는 전해 용액(electrolytic solution)을 포함하는 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,R1, R2 및 R3 중 적어도 하나는 -0-, -S-, -CO-, CO2-, -SO-, -SO2-, NR4-, -NR5R6, -PR7-, 및 -Si(R8R9)-로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 모이어티를 추가로 포함하고, R4 내지 R9는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, C1-C20 포화 또는 불포화 알킬 또는 치환된 알킬, 페닐 또는 치환된 페닐인, 2차 전지.
- 제2항에 있어서,R4 내지 R9 중 적어도 하나는 -0-, -S-, -CO-, CO2-, -SO-, -SO2-, 아민, 인 결합(phosphorous linkage) 및 실리카 결합으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 모이어티를 추가로 포함하는, 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 방향족 아인산염 화합물을 약 0.05 중량% 내지 약 3 중량% 포함하는 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 방향족 아인산염 화합물을 약 0.1 중량% 내지 약 2 중량% 포함하는 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 용질은 약 0.1M 내지 약 2.5M의 농도로 존재하고, LiPF6, LiBF4, LiClO4, LiAsF6, LiTaF6, LiAlCl4, LiCF3SO3, Li2B10Cl10, Li2B10F10, Li2B12HxF(12-x), LiBFy(RF)4-y, LiPFz(RF)6-z, LiBF2[C2O4(CE2)w], LiPF2[C2O4(CE2)w]2, LiPF4[C2O4(CE2)w], LiN(SO2CmF2m+1)(SO2CnF2n+1), LiC(SO2CkF2k +1)(SO2CmF2m +1)(SO2CnF2n +1), LiN(SO2CpF2pSO2), 및 LiC(SO2CpF2pSO2)(SO2CqF2q +1)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되고, 여기서 E는 H, F, 또는 Cl이고; RF는 과플루오르화된(perfluorinated) C1-C20 알킬기 또는 과플루오르화 방향족기이고, 1≤k,m,n,p,q≤10; 0≤w≤4; 0≤x≤12; 0≤y≤3; 및 0≤z≤5인, 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 비수계 용매가, 에틸렌 카보네이트, 프로필렌 카보네이트, 부틸렌 카보네이트, 디메틸 카보네이트, 디에틸 카보네이트, 디프로필 카보네이트, 디부틸 카보네이트, 에틸 메틸 카보네이트, 메틸 프로필 카보네이트, 에틸 프로필 카보네이트, 테트라하이드로푸란, 2-메틸 테트라하이드로푸란, 1,3-디옥솔란, 1,4-디옥산, 1,2-디메톡시에탄, 1,2-디에톡시에탄, 1,2-디부톡시에탄, 아세토니트릴, 디메틸포름아미드, 메틸 포르메이트, 에틸 포르메이트, 프로필 포르메이트, 부틸 포르메이트, 메틸 아세테이트, 에틸 아세테이트, 프로필 아세테이트, 부틸 아세테이트, 메틸 프로피오네이트, 에틸 프로피오네이트, 프로필 프로피오네이트, 부틸 프로피오네이트, 메틸 부티레이트, 에틸 부티레이트, 프로필 부티레이트, 부틸 부티레이트, γ-부티로락톤, 2-메틸-γ-부티로락톤, 3-메틸-γ-부티로락톤, 4-메틸-γ-부티로락톤, β-프로피오락톤, δ-발레로락톤, 트리메틸 포스페이트, 트리에틸 포스페이트, 트리스(2-클로로에틸)포스페이트, 트리스(2,2,2-트리플루오로에틸)포스페이트, 트리프로필 포스페이트, 트리이소프로필 포스페이트, 트리부틸 포스페이트, 트리헥실 포스페이트, 트리페닐 포스페이트, 트리톨릴 포스페이트, 및 이것들의 조합으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는, 2차 전지.

- 제9항에 있어서,상기 애노드가, SnO, SnO2, GeO, GeO2, In2O, In2O3, PbO, PbO2, Pb2O3, Pb3O4, Ag2O, AgO, Ag2O3, Sb2O3, Sb2O4, Sb2O5, SiO, ZnO, CoO, NiO, FeO 및 이것들의 조합으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 물질을 추가로 포함하는, 2차 전지.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 애노드가, 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드, 스티렌-부타디엔 고무, 폴리아미드, 멜라민, 및 이것들의 조합으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 바인더를 추가로 포함하는 2차 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,킬레이트화된(chelated) 오르토붕산염 및 킬레이트화된 오르토인산염으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 염 첨가제를 추가로 포함하는, 2차 전지.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 염 첨가제가, 리튬 비스(옥살레이토)보레이트, 리튬 비스(말로네이토)보레이트, 리튬 비스(디플루오로말로네이토)보레이트, 리튬(말로네이토 옥살레이토)보레이트, 리튬(디플루오로말로네이토 옥살레이토)보레이트, 리튬 트리스(옥살레이토)포스페이트, 및 리튬 트리스(디플루오로말로네이토)포스페이트로 이루어지 는 군으로부터 선택되는, 2차 전지.

- 제14항에 있어서,R1, R2 및 R3 중 적어도 하나는 -0-, -S-, -CO-, CO2-, -SO-, -SO2-, NR4-, -NR5R6, -PR7-, 및 -Si(R8R9)-로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 모이어티를 추가로 포함하고, R4 내지 R9는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, C1-C20 포화 또는 불포화 알킬 또는 치환된 알킬, 페닐 또는 치환된 페닐인, 비수계 전해 용액.
- 제15항에 있어서,R4 내지 R9 중 적어도 하나는 -0-, -S-, -CO-, CO2-, -SO-, -SO2-, 아민, 인 결합 및 실리카 결합으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 모이어티를 추가로 포함하는, 비수계 전해 용액.
- 제16항에 있어서,제1 염이, LiPF6, LiBF4, LiClO4, LiAsF6, LiTaF6, LiAlCl4, LiCF3SO3, Li2B10Cl10, Li2B10F10, Li2B12HxF(12-x), LiBFy(RF)4-y, LiPFz(RF)6-z, LiBF2[C2O4(CE2)w], LiPF2[C2O4(CE2)w]2, LiPF4[C2O4(CE2)w], LiN(SO2CmF2m +1)(SO2CnF2n +1), LiC(SO2CkF2k+1)(SO2CmF2m+1)(SO2CnF2n+1), LiN(SO2CpF2pSO2), 및 LiC(SO2CpF2pSO2)(SO2CqF2q+1)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되고, 여기서 E는 H, F, 또는 Cl이고; RF는 과플루오르화된 C1-C20 알킬기 또는 과플루오르화 방향족기이고, 1≤k,m,n,p,q≤10; 0≤w≤4; 0≤x≤12; 0≤y≤3; 및 0≤z≤5인, 비수계 전해 용액.

- 전해 용액을 포함하는 2차 전지로서,상기 전해 용액은 비수계 용매, 용질, 및 트리페닐 포스파이트를 포함하되, 상기 전해 용액 중 트리페닐 포스파이트의 농도가 5 중량%를 초과하지 않는, 2차 전지.
- 염 및 트리페닐 포스파이트를 포함하는, 2차 전지용 비수계 전해 용액으로서,상기 전해 용액 중 트리페닐 포스파이트의 농도가 5 중량%를 초과하지 않는, 비수계 전해 용액.
