Claims (10)
- 전기 단자(52, 164)를 도체에 부착하는 단자 애플리케이터(50, 160)에 있어서,상기 단자 애플리케이터(50, 160)는,접촉 표면(150)이 부착되어 있는 프레임(56, 168); 상기 프레임(56, 168)에 의해 지지되는 앤빌(60, 172); 상기 앤빌(60, 172)까지 연장하는 공급 경로(88, 166)를 따라 전기 단자들(86, 162)의 스트립을 공급하고 상기 앤빌(60, 172) 상의 크림핑 위치 내에 전기 단자(52, 164)를 위치시키도록 상기 프레임(56, 160)에 연결되는 공급 메커니즘(84); 및 크림핑 공구(70, 174)가 부착되어 있으며, 상기 프레임(56, 168)과 미끄럼 결합하며 상기 앤빌(60, 172) 상에서 상기 전기 단자(52, 164)와 크림핑 결합하는 크림핑 방향(78) 및 상기 앤빌(60, 172)로부터 멀어지는 반대의 복귀 방향(80)으로 축선(66)을 따라 상기 크림핑 단자(70, 174)를 이송하는 왕복 운동을 수행하도록 배열되는 램(62)을 포함하고,홀드다운 장치(90)는 홀드다운 표면(94)을 가지며, 상기 장치는 상기 램(62)에 의해 이송되어 상기 크림핑 공구(70, 174)가 상기 단자(52, 164)와 크림핑 결합에 접근하면 상기 홀드다운 표면(94)이 상기 단자(52, 164)에 인접하도록 이동시키되,상기 홀드다운 장치(90)는 그에 분리 가능하게 부착되며 상기 크림핑 공구(70, 174)가 상기 크림핑 결합에 접근하는 경우 상기 접촉 표면(150, 180)과 접 촉하는 스탠드오프(136)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단자 애플리케이터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 홀드다운 장치(90)는 상기 램(62)과 미끄럼 결합하며, 상기 앤빌(60)을 향해 상기 축선을 따른 방향으로 탄성적으로 가압되며, 상기 홀드다운 표면(94)을 갖는 홀드다운 암(92, 200)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단자 애플리케이터.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 스탠드오프(136)는 스크루 스레드에 의해 분리가능하게 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단자 애플리케이터.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 스크루 스레드는 상기 스탠드오프와 일체로 형성되며, 상기 홀드다운 장치 내의 스레드 홀 내로 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단자 애플리케이터.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 램(62, 202)과의 상기 홀드다운 장치(90)의 미끄럼 결합은 상기 홀드다운 장치(90)로부터 돌출하고 상기 램(62, 202) 내의 가이드(100) 내에 미끄럼 결합하는 적어도 하나의 로드(102)에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단자 애플리케이터.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 적어도 하나의 로드(102)는 상기 램(62, 202) 내의 두 개의 대응 가이드(100)와 서로 평행하게 결합하는 두 개의 로드인 것을 특징으로 하는 단자 애플리케이터.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 두 개의 가이드는 상기 축선(66)에 거의 평행인 상기 램(62, 202) 내에 형성된 두 개의 홀(100)이며, 상기 두 개의 로드(102)는 원통형이며, 각각은 상기 두 개의 홀(100) 중 각각의 하나와 미끄럼 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단자 애플리케이터.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 홀드다운 장치의 탄성 가압은 상기 두 개의 홀(100) 중 하나 내의 스프링(114)에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단자 애플리케이터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 홀드다운 장치(90)는 상기 단자의 측면 공급을 위해 배열되는 상기 애플리케이터 및 상기 단자의 단부 공급을 위해 배열되는 상기 애플리케이터에 상호 교환 가능하게 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단자 애플리케이터.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 스탠드오프(136)는 상기 홀드다운 표면(94)에 인접하며 상기 단부 공급 및 상기 측면 공급 모두의 상기 공급 경로에 대해 오프셋되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단자 애플리케이터.
