- 센스 뉴클레오티드 가닥, 생리적 조건 하에 서열 번호 1에 상응하는 mRNA 부분에 혼성화되고 서열 번호 1에 상응하는 mRNA의 혼성화 부분을 갖는 적어도 19개의 뉴클레오티드의 적어도 거의-완벽한 인접 상보성 영역을 갖는 안티센스 뉴클레오티드 가닥 및 적어도 19개의 뉴클레오티드의 적어도 거의-완벽한 인접 상보성 영역을 포함하며, 19 내지 49개의 뉴클레오티드 길이를 갖는 간섭 RNA의 유효량 및 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체를 포함하는 조성물을 발현 시스템에 투여하여 IGF1R mRNA의 발현을 약화시키는 것을 포함하는, 발현 시스템에서 IGF1R mRNA의 발현 약화 방법.
- 센스 뉴클레오티드 가닥, 생리적 조건 하에 서열 번호 1에 상응하는 mRNA 부분에 혼성화되고 서열 번호 1에 상응하는 mRNA의 혼성화 부분을 갖는 적어도 19개의 뉴클레오티드의 적어도 거의-완벽한 인접 상보성 영역을 갖는 안티센스 뉴클레오티드 가닥 및 적어도 19개의 뉴클레오티드의 적어도 거의-완벽한 인접 상보성 영역을 포함하며, 19 내지 49개의 뉴클레오티드 길이를 갖는 간섭 RNA의 유효량 및 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체를 포함하는 조성물을 대상의 눈에 투여하여 안구의 혈관신생을 치료하는 것을 포함하는, 그를 필요로 하는 대상에서 안구의 혈관신생을 치료하는 방법.

- RNA 간섭을 통하여 IGF1R 유전자의 발현을 하향 조절하는 이중 가닥 siRNA 분자를 포함하는 조성물의, 대상에서 안구의 혈관신생 치료용 의약을 제조하는데 있어서 용도로서,상기 siRNA 분자의 각각의 가닥은 독립적으로 약 19 내지 약 27개의 뉴클레오티드 길이이고; siRNA 분자의 하나의 가닥은 각각 IGF1R 유전자에 상응하는 mRNA에 실질적으로 상보성을 갖는 뉴클레오티드 서열을 포함하여 siRNA 분자가 RNA 간섭을 통하여 mRNA 절단을 지시하는 용도.
- 제 1, 3 또는 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 센스 뉴클레오티드 가닥, 생리적 조건 하에 서열 번호 1에 상응하는 mRNA 제 2의 부분에 혼성화되고 서열 번호 1에 상응하는 mRNA의 제 2의 혼성화 부분을 갖는 적어도 19개의 뉴클레오티드의 적어도 거의-완벽한 인접 상보성 영역을 갖는 안티센스 뉴클레오티드 가닥 및 적어도 19개의 뉴클레오티드의 적어도 거의-완벽한 인접 상보성 영역을 포함하며, 19 내지 49개의 뉴클레오티드 길이를 갖는 제 2의 간섭 RNA를 발현 시스템에 투여하는 것을 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
