Claims (16)
- PCB;상기 PCB에 형성된 발광수단을 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 발광수단은PCB일단에 돌출 형성된 칩형 led;상기 칩형 led 양측으로부터 소정 거리만큼 떨어진 위치의 PCB단부 각각에 한 쌍씩 형성된 요홈;상기 요홈에 의해 노출된 PCB 일단면부터 두께방향으로 바닥면까지 형성된 비아홀;삽입시 상기 비아홀과 연결되는 소정의 비아홀이 형성되어 요홈 내 삽입되고, 상기 칩형 led와 PCB 내 배선으로 연결된 도체패드를 포함하여 이루어진 발광장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발광수단은 이격 공간을 두고 길이 방향으로 다수개 형성된 발광장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 이격 공간에 위치한 PCB단부에 절단구멍이 형성된 발광장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 절단구멍은 폭 방향으로 일렬로 다수 개 형성된 발광장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 한 쌍을 이루는 요홈은 폭 방향으로 서로 마주보게 이격 형성된 발광장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 PCB 바닥면에 방열테이프가 부착된 발광장치.
- 소정 형상으로 가장자리는 세워진 몸체;PCB와 그 PCB에 형성된 칩형 led가 포함된 발광수단으로 구성되어 상기 몸체 내면에 간격을 두고 부착된 발광장치;상기 발광장치와 몸체의 사이 공간에 형성된 광가이드부;상기 광가이드부와 발광장치 상부에 형성된 투광창을 포함하여 이루어진 잔넬.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 투광창 상부에 황화현상방지층을 더 포함하여 이루어진 잔넬.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 광가이드부는 발광장치와 몸체의 사이 공간에 투명 합성수지, 또는 반투명 합성수지가 채워져 된 광가이드부인 것을 특징으로 하는 잔넬.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 투광창은 광가이드부와 PCB 상부에 유백색의 합성수지, 또는 색 안료가 혼합된 합성수지가 채워져 된 투광창인 것을 특징으로 하는 잔넬.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,PCB와 그 PCB에 형성된 칩형 led가 포함된 발광수단이 이격 공간을 두고 길이 방향으로 다수개 구성되어 상기 몸체 내면에 간격을 두고 부착된 발광장치를 더 포함하여 이루어진 잔넬.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 이격 공간에 대응되는 각 PCB 단부에 절단구멍이 형성된 잔넬.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 절단구멍은 폭 방향으로 일렬로 다수 개 형성된 잔넬.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서,발광장치마다 바닥면에 방열테이프가 부착된 잔넬.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 발광수단은PCB일단에 돌출 형성된 칩형 led;상기 칩형 led 양측으로부터 소정 거리만큼 떨어진 위치의 PCB단부 각각에 한 쌍씩 형성된 요홈;상기 요홈에 의해 노출된 PCB 일단면부터 두께방향으로 바닥면까지 형성된 비아홀;삽입시 상기 비아홀과 연결되는 소정의 비아홀이 형성되어 요홈 내 삽입되고, 상기 칩형 led와 PCB 내 배선으로 연결된 도체패드를 포함하여 이루어진 잔넬.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,상기 한 쌍을 이루는 요홈은 폭 방향으로 서로 마주보게 이격 형성된 잔넬.
