Claims (8)
- 시각적 특성-매칭 다층 코팅 시트(visual properties-matching multilayer coating sheet)의 제조 방법으로서,(a) 시각적 특성에 있어서 매칭될 표면의 시각적 특성 데이터를 측정하는 단계;(b) 단계 (a)의 데이터를 상기 데이터를 수신하도록 배치된 시스템으로 전송하고, 허용가능하게 매칭된 시각적 특성을 갖는 코팅 조성물의 조성물 데이터를 측정하는 단계;(c) 측정된 조성물 데이터에 따라 시각적 특성-매칭 코팅 조성물을 준비하는 단계;(d) 하나의 표면에 점착층(adhesive layer) 및 지지층(backing layer)을 선택적으로 포함하는 베이스 시트 층을 제공하는 단계;(e) 시각적 특성-매칭 코팅 조성물을 베이스 시트 층의 하나의 표면에 도포하여 색상- 및/또는 효과-부여 코팅층을 형성하는 단계;(f) 선택적으로, 도포된 색상- 및/또는 효과-부여 코팅층을 건조시키는 단계;(g) 선택적으로, 색상- 및/또는 효과-부여 코팅층의 상부에 클리어 코트 층(clear coat layer)을 도포하는 단계;(h) 선택적으로, 상기 클리어 코트 층을 건조 및/또는 경화시키는 단계; 및(i) 단계 (d)에서 베이스 시트 층이 점착층 및 지지층 없이 제공된 경우, 베이스 시트 층의 비코팅면에 점착층 및 지지층을 도포하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단계 (b)에서 데이터는 통신 네트워크를 통해서 전송되며, 단계 (c) 내지 단계 (i)는 중심 다층 코팅 시트 제조 위치에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,단계 (a)에서, 요구되는 시각적 특성-매칭 다층 코팅 시트의 크기 및 형태가 측정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 기재의 표면을 부분적으로 피니싱하는 방법으로서,제 1 항에 따른 시각적 특성-매칭 다층 코팅 시트를 제조하는 방법을 포함하며, 부가적으로 하기의 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:(j) 시각적 특성-매칭 다층 코팅 시트로부터 지지층을 제거하는 단계;(k) 점착층을 피니싱될 기재 표면에 접하도록 하고, 시각적 특성-매칭 다층 코팅 시트와 기재 표면 사이에 점착 결합을 형성하여, 피니싱될 기재의 표면에 시각적 특성-매칭 다층 코팅 시트를 도포하는 단계; 및(l) 선택적으로, 단계 (e) 및 단계 (g)에서 도포된 시각적 특성-매칭 다층 코팅 시트의 코팅층(들)을 경화시키는 단계.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,자동차 및 대형 운송 수단의 표면이 부분적으로 피니싱되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서,손상된 기재를 리피니싱(refinishing)하는데 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- (a) 지지층, (b) 점착층, (c) 투명한 베이스 시트 층, (d) 색상- 및/또는 효과-부여 코팅층, 및 (e) 임의의 클리어 코트 층의 순서로 포함하며, 색상- 및/또는 효과-부여 코팅층의 은폐력은 코팅층의 1 이상의 가장자리를 향해서 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시각적 특성-매칭 다층 코팅 시트.
- 제 7 항에 따른 시각적 특성-매칭 다층 코팅 시트를 자동차의 외부 코팅에서의 작은 손상을 수리하기위해서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
