Claims (9)
- 생분해성 재료로서,상기 재료는 전분, 다가 알코올 및 수분을 함유한 폴리비닐알코올을 포함한 혼합물을 용융하여 생성된 산물이고,상기 폴리비닐알코올은 친수성 폴리비닐알코올이며, 혼합물의 총 무게를 기준으로 상기 다가 알코올의 함량은 0.1중량% 내지 10중량%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 생분해 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 재료의 용융온도는 130-190℃이고, 분해온도는 250-400℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 생분해 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 혼합물은 그 총 중량을 기준으로 전분의 함량은 30-90중량%이고, 수분을 함유한 폴리비닐알코올의 함량은 5-65중량%이고, 다가 알코올의 함량은 0.5-9.9중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 생분해 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수분을 함유한 폴리비닐알코올은 폴리비닐알코올과 물의 접촉을 통해 제조되고, 접촉조건 및 폴리비닐알코올과 물의 사용량은, 상기 수분을 함유한 폴리비닐알코올에서의 물에 대한 폴리비닐알코올의 무게비가 0.75∼10이 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 생분해 재료.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 물의 사용량에 대한 상기 폴리비닐알코올의 사용량의 무게비는 0.5∼5인 수용성 생분해 재료.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 접촉조건은 상기 폴리비닐알코올과 물을 교반 하에서, 3∼60분간 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는 수용성 생분해 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폴리비닐알코올의 중간치 중합도는 500∼2000이고, 폴리비닐알코올의 알코올 분해도는 86∼90%인 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 생분해 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 다가 알코올은 소르비톨, 글리세린, 및 펜타에리트리톨 중 하나 또는 그 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 생분해 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 혼합물은 유기카르복시산을 더 함유하고, 상기 유기카르복시산의 탄소원자 수는 1∼20이며, 상기 혼합물의 총무게를 기준으로 상기 유기카르복시산의 함량은 0.5∼10중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 수용성 생분해 재료.
