Claims (7)
- 고분자 입자를 요오드 또는 요오드화칼륨 수용액에 침지하여 요오드 복합체를 형성함으로써 X선 불투과성을 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 불투과성 색전물질의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고분자는PVA, PVAc, 폴리에틸렌비닐알콜 공중합체, 폴리젖산, 폴리락타이드글리콜라이드 공중합체, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드, 셀룰로오스아세테이트, 폴리메타크릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 공중합체, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 폴리카프로락톤, 폴리하이드록시에틸메타크릴레이트 및 공중합체, 콜라겐, 젤라틴, 케라틴, 알기네이트 및 알긴산, 키틴 및 키토산인 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 불투과성 색전물질의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자는표면이 PVA로 변환된 구형 PVAc 입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 불투과성 색전물질의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자는입자의 크기가 100 nm ~ 3000 um 인 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 불투과성 색전물질의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 요오드 복합체는상기 고분자 입자의 코어에만 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 불투과성 색전물질의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 요오드 복합체는상기 고분자 입자의 표면 및 코어에 모두 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 X선 불투과성 색전물질의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 의한 방법에 의해 제조된 X선 불투과성 색전물질
