Claims (10)
- (a) 탄화수소 공급원료를 수소-풍부 기체로 수소처리하여 액체/증기 혼합물을 포함하는 수소처리된 유출물 스트림을 생성하고 액체/증기 혼합물을 액상과 증기상으로 분리하는 단계, 그리고(b) 액상을 제어된 액체 부분과 과잉의 액체 부분으로 분리하는 단계, 그리고(c) 증기상을 과잉의 액체 부분과 합하여 증기 더하기 액체 부분을 형성하는 단계, 그리고(d) 제어된 액체 부분으로부터 FCC 공급물 함유 부분을 분리하고 동시에 증기 더하기 액체 부분을 수소화 분해하여 디젤 함유 부분을 생성하거나, 또는제어된 액체 부분을 수소화 분해하여 디젤 함유 부분을 생성하고 동시에 증기 더하기 액체 부분으로부터 FCC 공급물 함유 부분을 분리하는 단계를 포함하는 부분 변환 수소화 분해 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 증기 더하기 액체 부분 또는 제어된 액체 부분은 제 2의 탄화수소 공급원료와 조합하여 수소화 분해 단계를 위한 공급물을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제어된 액체 부분은 수소화 분해되어 디젤 함유 부분을 생성하고 FCC 공급물 함유 부분은 냉각, 세척 및 상 분리에 의해 증기 더하기 액체 부분으로부터 분리되어 암모니아 및 황화수소가 낮은 수소 풍부 증기 스트림과 FCC 공급물 함유 부분을 포함하는 탄화수소 액체 스트림으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 암모니아 및 황화수소가 낮은 수소 풍부 증기 스트림은 제어된 액체 부분과 합하고 수소화 분해되어 디젤 함유 부분을 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, FCC 공급물 함유 부분은 스트립핑에 의해 제어된 액체 부분으로부터 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, FCC 공급물 함유 부분은 스트립핑에 의해 FCC 공급물 함유 부분을 포함하는 탄화수소 액체 스트림으로부터 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 수소화 분해 반응기와 직렬로 하나 이상의 촉매 베드를 갖는 수소처리 반응기를 포함하며, 수소처리 반응기의 하나 이상의 촉매 베드의 하류에 액체/증기 분리 시스템을 가지며, 액체/증기 분리 시스템은 분리기 용기에 출구 장치 및 출구 파이프를 포함하고, 출구 장치는 분리 용기의 저부 위에 파이프 연장부를 포함하 고, 파이프 연장부는 파이프 연장부의 상단 개방 단부에서 소용돌이 방지 배플을 구비하고, 분리기 용기는 분리기 용기 저부에서 출구 파이프를 구비하고, 출구 파이프는 소용돌이 방지 배플을 구비하는, 부분 변환 수소화 분해 방법을 위한 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 분리기 용기는 하나 이상의 촉매 베드의 마지막 촉매 베드의 하류의 수소처리 반응기에서 통합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 분리기 용기는 수소처리 반응기의 하류에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 출구 파이프는 흐름 제어 밸브를 통하여 흐름 제어 요소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
