Claims (4)
- 금속판의 적어도 한쪽 면에 유기 수지를 피복하여 이루어지는 수지 피복 금속판을 드로잉 가공한 후, 펀치와 복수의 인접하는 다이를 사용하여 아이어닝 가공함으로써, 저부, 측벽부 및 플랜지 형성부로 이루어지는 캔체를 성형하는 수지 피복 금속판의 드로잉·아이어닝 가공 방법에 있어서,상기 플랜지 형성부에 연속되는 측벽부에 대응하는 상기 펀치의 위치에, 상기 복수의 다이의 제1 다이와 최종단의 다이의 랜드 간 거리 이상의 길이를 갖는 테이퍼가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 드로잉·아이어닝 가공 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펀치가 후단 부분에 소직경 부분을 가지며, 성형 후의 캔체의 개구 단부의 아이어닝률이 0%∼15%가 되도록 아이어닝 가공을 행하는 드로잉·아이어닝 가공 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 다이는, 인접하는 다이가 연속 설치 상태로 배치되어 이루어지는 것인 드로잉·아이어닝 가공 방법.
- 금속판의 적어도 한쪽 면에 유기 수지를 피복하여 이루어지는 수지 피복 금속판을 드로잉·아이어닝 가공하여 이루어지며, 저부, 측벽부 및 플랜지 형성부로 이루어지는 캔체로서,상기 플랜지 형성부에 연속되는 측벽부의 내면에, 상기 플랜지 형성부의 하부로부터 두께가 상방에서 하방을 향하여 감소하는 테이퍼가 형성되어 있고, 캔체 측벽부의 외면에 단차가 형성되어 있지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 드로잉·아이어닝 캔.
