Claims (22)
- 표면을 갖는 방출 라이너 기판을 제공하는 단계;(a) 경화성 오르가노폴리실록산; 및 (b) 평균 입도가 약 1 내지 약 7 마이크로미터 범위인 복수개의 실리카 입자들을 포함하는 경화성 조성물을 기판 표면상으로 도포하는 단계;경화된 실리콘 방출 표면을 형성하기 위해 경화성 조성물을 경화시키는 단계; 및경화된 실리콘 방출 표면상으로 광학적으로 투명한 접착제 조성물을 코팅시키는 단계;를 포함하는, 코팅된 접착제층의 광학 투명도를 개선시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오르가노폴리실록산은 열 경화성 오르가노실록산을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화성 조성물은 가교제를 추가로 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 가교제는 수소 관능성 폴리실록산을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리카 입자들은 유기 표면 처리된 실리카 입자들을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접착제 조성물은 에멀젼 아크릴계 접착제를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 접착제층을 형성하기 위해 접착제 조성물을 건조시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅 단계는 커튼 코팅을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 폴리에스테르 필름을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리카 입자들은 약 2 내지 약 4 마이크로미터 범위의 평균 입도를 갖는 것인 방법.
- 표면을 갖는 방출 라이너 기판을 제공하는 단계;(a) 경화성 오르가노폴리실록산; 및 (b) 평균 입도가 약 1 내지 약 7 마이크로미터 범위인 복수개의 실리카 입자들을 포함하는 경화성 조성물을 기판 표면상으 로 도포하는 단계;경화된 실리콘 방출 표면을 형성하기 위해 경화성 조성물을 경화시키는 단계; 및경화된 실리콘 방출 표면상으로 접착제 조성물을 커튼 코팅시키는 단계;를 포함하는, 방출 라이너의 방출 표면과 코팅된 접착제층 사이의 공기 포집을 감소시키는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 오르가노폴리실록산은 열 경화성 오르가노실록산을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 경화된 조성물은 가교제를 추가로 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 가교제는 수소 관능성 폴리실록산을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 실리카 입자들은 유기 표면 처리된 실리카 입자들을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 접착제 조성물은 에멀젼 아크릴계 접착제를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 접착제층을 형성하기 위해 접착제 조성물을 건조시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 폴리에스테르 필름을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 실리카 입자들은 약 2 내지 약 4 마이크로미터 범위의 평균 입도를 갖는 것인 방법.
- (a) 제1 기판;(b) 광학적으로 투명한 제2 기판;(c) 경화된 제1항의 방출 조성물을 포함하는 방출층; 및(d) 광학적으로 투명한 압력-민감성 접착제층;을 포함하고,여기서, 방출층(c)은 제1 기판과 압력-민감성 접착제층(d) 사이에 위치하고, 제1 기판에 우선적으로 접착되고, 압력 민감성 접착제층(d)은 방출층과 제2 기판 사이에 위치하고, 제2 기판에 우선적으로 접착되는 것인, 다중층 물품.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 제1 기판은 폴리에스테르 필름을 포함하는 것인 다중층 물품.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 제2 기판은 폴리올레핀 필름을 포함하는 것인 다중층 물품.
