Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 주쇄 및/또는 측쇄에 시아노기를 갖는 불소 함유 엘라스토머 및 무기 질화물 입자를 포함하고, 상기 무기 질화물 입자를 불소 함유 엘라스토머 100 중량부에 대하여 0.1 내지 20 중량부 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 옥사졸 가교제, 이미다졸 가교제 및 티아졸 가교제로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 가교제, 이 가교제와 가교 반응이 가능한 가교 부위를 갖는 불소 함유 엘라스토머, 및 무기 질화물 입자를 포함하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 가교제가 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 가교성 반응기를 2개 이상 포함하는 화합물, 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 화합물, 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 화합물, 및 하기 화학식 4로 표시되는 화합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 화합물을 포함하는 경화성 조성물.<화학식 1>식 중, R1은 동일하거나 또는 상이하며 -NH2, -NHR2, -OH 또는 -SH이고, R2는 불소 원자 또는 1가 유기기이다.<화학식 2>식 중, R3은 -SO2-, -O-, -CO-, 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬렌기, 탄소수 1 내지 10의 퍼플루오로알킬렌기 또는 단일 결합손이고,<화학식 3>식 중, Rf 1은 탄소수 1 내지 10의 퍼플루오로알킬렌기이다.<화학식 4>식 중, n은 1 내지 10의 정수이다.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 무기 질화물 입자가 질화규소 입자인 경화성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 경화성 조성물을 일차 가황하는 공정, 일차 가황 후에 이차 가황하는 공정을 포함하는 성형품의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 일차 가황의 온도가 150 내지 200 ℃이고, 이차 가황의 온도가 250 내지 320 ℃인 성형품의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 경화성 조성물을 경화시켜 얻어지는 성형품.
