Claims (19)
- 피드가 하이드로 처리 단계에서 하이드로 처리되고 이성체화 단계에서 이성체화되는 것인 디젤 등급 탄화수소들의 제조 방법에 있어서,5중량% 이상의 유리 지방산들 및 적어도 하나의 희석제를 함유하는 신선한 피드를 포함하는 피드가 촉매의 존재 하에 하이드로 처리 반응기 내에서 200-400℃의 반응 온도에서 하이드로 처리되고, 희석제/신선한 피드의 비율은 5-30:1인, 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피드는 10중량% 이상의 유리 지방산들을 함유하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로 처리 단계에서 반응 온도는 250-350℃, 바람직하게는 280-340℃인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 희석제는 탄화수소들 및 공정의 재순환된 생성물들 또는 이들의 혼합물들로부터 선택된 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피드는 원소 알칼린 및 알칼린 토금속으로서 산출된 10 w-ppm 이하의 알칼린 및 알칼린 토금속들, 원소 금속으 로서 산출된 10 w-ppm 이하의 다른 금속들, 및 원소 인으로서 산출된 30 w-ppm 이하의 인을 함유하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 희석제: 신선한 피드 비율은 10-30:1, 바람직하게는 12-25:1인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피드는 원소 황으로서 산출된 바 50-20000 w-ppm의 황을 함유하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 신선한 피드는 식물 오일들/지방들, 동물 지방들/오일들, 생선 지방들/오일들, 유전자 조작에 의해 길러진 식물들에 함유된 지방들, 식품 업계의 재순환된 지방들 또는 이들의 혼합물들로부터 선택된 생물학적 기원인 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 신선한 피드는 평지씨유, 평지 오일, 캐놀라 오일, 톨유, 해바라기 오일, 대두유, 삼씨유, 올리브유, 아마인유, 겨자 오일, 팜유, 땅콩 오일, 피마자유, 코코넛 오일, 돼지 기름, 쇠기름, 고래 기름, 또는 우유에 함유된 지방들로부터 선택되는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄화수소/탄화수소들 및 생물학적 기원의 피드의 혼합물이 신선한 피드로서 사용되는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로 처리하는 촉매층 시스템은 1개 이상의 촉매층들을 포함하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로 처리 단계에서, 압력은 20-150 bar 범위, 바람직하게는 30-100 bar 범위로 변화하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이성체화 단계에서, 압력은 2-15 MPa 범위, 바람직하게는 3-10 MPa 범위이고, 온도는 200 내지 500℃, 바람직하게는 280 내지 400℃로 변화하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로 처리는 수소화 촉매의 존재 하에 수행되고, 상기 수소화 촉매는 주기율표의 VIII족 및/또는 VIB족의 금속을 함유하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 하이드로 처리 촉매는 지지된 Pd, Pt, Ni, NiMo 또는 CoMo 촉매이고, 지지체는 알루미나 및/또는 실리카인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제15항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이성체화 촉매 함유 분자체는 이성체화 단계에 사용되는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 이성체화 촉매는 VIII족 금속을 포함하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제16항 또는 제17항에 있어서, 상기 이성체화 촉매는 Al2O3 또는 SiO2를 함유하는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제16항 내지 제18항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 이성체화 촉매는 SAPO-11 또는 SAPO-41 또는 ZSM-22 또는 ZSM-23 또는 페라이트 및 Pt 또는 Pd 또는 Ni 및 Al2O3 또는 SiO2를 함유하는 것인 제조 방법.
