Claims (14)
- 소성된 내화성 세라믹 제품에 있어서, 이러한 제품의 구조는a) 2-30 부피%의 개기공도(open porosity)를 가지며b) 개기공도의 절반 이상이, 최대 직경이 15 ㎛이고 기공 크기 간격의 최대 값이 최소값의 10배 이하인 기공들로 구성되는,소성된 내화성 세라믹 제품(fired, fire-resistant ceramic product).
- 제 1항에 있어서, 개기공도의 절반 이상이 ≤ 10 ㎛의 직경을 가지는 기공들로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는, 소성된 내화성 세라믹 제품.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 개기공도의 절반 이상이 ≤ 5 ㎛의 직경을 가지는 기공들로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는, 소성된 내화성 세라믹 제품.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 개기공도의 절반 이상이 ≥ 0.5 ㎛의 직경을 가지는 기공들로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는, 소성된 내화성 세라믹 제품.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 개기공도의 절반 이상이 ≥ 1 ㎛의 직경을 가지는 기공들로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는, 소성된 내화성 세라믹 제품.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 개기공도의 60% 이상이 ≤ 10 ㎛의 직경을 가지는 기공들로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는, 소성된 내화성 세라믹 제품.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 기공들은 기공 크기 간격의 최대값이 최소값의 7배 이하인 기공에 속함을 특징으로 하는, 소성된 내화성 세라믹 제품.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 개기공도는 2-25 부피%, 특히 5-18 부피%임을 특징으로 하는, 소성된 내화성 세라믹 제품.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 세라믹 제품의 구조는 최대 > 90 질량%이 다음의 재료군 중 적어도 하나로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는, 소성된 내화성 세라믹 제품:a) ZrSiO4b) ZrSiO4 + ZrO2c) Al2O3d) Al2O3 + ZrO2e) MgOf) MgO + Al2O3g) Cr2O3 + ZrO2h) Cr2O3i) Cr2O3 + TiO2 + ZrO2j) Al2O3 + SiO2
- 제 1항에 있어서, 세라믹 제품의 구조는 소성하는 동안 즉각적으로(in situ) 형성된 ZrO2 입자들을 나타냄을 특징으로 하는, 소성된 내화성 세라믹 제품.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 세라믹 제품의 구조는 단사정계 결정 구조의 ZrO2를 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 소성된 내화성 세라믹 제품.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 세라믹 제품의 구조는 표면에서 소결된 입자-타입의 구조로 특징되며, 이 중에서 슬릿-타입의 기공들은 적어도 부분적으로 연장하며, 슬릿-타입의 기공들의 길이 및 너비는 높이보다 적어도 7배 더 큼을 특징으로 하는, 소성된 내화성 세라믹 제품.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 슬릿-타입의 기공들은 총 개기공도의 5-20%를 구성함을 특징으로 하는, 소성된 내화성 세라믹 제품.
- 제 1항에 있어서, > 3.2 g/cm3, 특히 > 3.8 g/cm3의 겉보기 밀도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는, 소성된 내화성 세라믹 제품.
