Description
Claims (10)
- 외관을 형성하는 본체;상기 본체 내부에 구비되어 대상물을 가열 및 조리하는 공간을 형성하며, 내측면에 법랑층이 형성되고, 상기 법랑층의 노출면은 초발수성을 갖도록 플라즈마 표면처리되는 캐비티:를 포함하여 이루어지는 조리기기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 플라즈마 표면처리는 불소함유 가스 분위기에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리기기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 캐비티 내측면에 묻은 오염물이 씻겨 내려가도록 캐비티 내측면에 물 또는 스팀을 분사하는 스프레이장치를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리기기.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 스프레이장치는, 물을 저장하는 물탱크;상기 캐비티 내측면에 물 또는 스팀을 분사하는 노즐:을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리기기.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 스프레이장치는, 물탱크내의 물을 가열하는 히터를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리기기.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 캐비티 내측면에 분사되는 물은 상기 캐비티의 열기로 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리기기.
- 제1항에 있어서,본체 내부에 음식물의 조리가 완료됨을 감지하는 제어부가 구비되고,상기 스프레이장치는 조리가 끝난후에 자동적으로 캐비티 내측면에 물 또는 스팀을 분사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리기기.
- 제1항에 있어서,본체에 사용자가 신호를 입력할 수 있는 콘트롤부가 구비되고,상기 스프레이장치는 사용자의 조작에 의해 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리기기.
- 초발수 코팅된 캐비티의 내부에 음식물을 조리하는 단계;캐비티의 내측벽면에 물 또는 스팀을 분사하는 단계:를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리기기의 청소방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 물 또는 스팀을 분사하는 단계는 조리가 끝난 후에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리기기의 청소방법.
