Abstract

Claims (3)
- 방전 공간을 셀 마다 구획하는 폐쇄형의 격벽이 형성된 한쪽의 기판이 다른 쪽의 기판과 대향되고, 기판의 주변이 가열에 의해 연화되는 봉착재에 의해 봉착되어 이루어지는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널로서,한쪽의 기판에 형성된 격벽의 꼭대기부와 다른 쪽의 기판 사이에, 기판 봉착 시의 가열 시에 상기 봉착재보다도 고온에서 연화되고, 또한 격벽의 꼭대기부와 다른 쪽의 기판을 접착하는 스페이서가 배치되어 이루어지는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 스페이서가, 격벽 꼭대기부의 폭보다도 좁은 범위에 배치되어 이루어지는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 방전 공간을 셀 마다 구획하는 폐쇄형의 격벽이 형성된 한쪽의 기판을 다른 쪽의 기판과 대향시키고,기판의 주변에 가열에 의해 연화되는 봉착재를 배치함과 함께, 한쪽의 기판에 형성된 격벽의 꼭대기부와 다른 쪽의 기판 사이에, 기판 봉착 시의 가열 시에 상기 봉착재보다도 고온에서 연화되고, 또한 격벽의 꼭대기부와 다른 쪽의 기판을 접착하는 스페이서를 배치하고,한쪽의 기판과 다른 쪽의 기판의 봉착 시에 기판 사이의 방전 공간으로부터 불순물 가스를 배기할 때, 상기 봉착재가 연화되는 온도까지 승온해서 불순물 가스를 배기한 후, 더 승온해서 상기 스페이서를 연화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 제조 방법.
