Description
Claims (40)
- 용기를 형성하기 위한 방법에 있어서,패리즌을 수용하는 단계,캐비티를 포함하는 몰드로 상기 패리즌을 수납하는 단계,상기 캐비티에서 가동성 영역을 갖는 블로우 성형된 용기를 형성하도록 상기 몰드내에서 상기 패리즌을 팽창시키는 단계, 및상기 블로우 성형된 용기를 충전하기 이전에 상기 가동성 영역을 재배치하는 단계를 포함하는 용기 형성 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 캐비티는 베이스 몰드 내에 포함되는 용기 형성 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 블로우 성형된 용기를 배출하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 용기 형성 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 배출 단계는 상기 재배치 단계 이전이 이루어지는 용기 형성 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 배출 단계는 상기 재배치 단계 이후에 이루어지는 용기 형성 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 몰드는제1 측부 몰드,제2 측부 몰드, 및베이스 몰드를 포함하는 용기 형성 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 블로우 성형된 용기로부터 상기 제1 측부 몰드 및 상기 제2 측부 몰드를 분리하는 단계, 및상기 블로우 성형된 용기로부터 상기 베이스 몰드를 분리하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 용기 형성 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 재배치 단계는 상기 베이스 몰드 분리 단계 이전에 이루어지는 용기 형성 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 재배치 단계는 상기 베이스 몰드 분리 단계 이후에 이루어지는 용기 형성 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 재배치 단계는 상기 가동성 영역을 외향 돌출 위치로부터 용기의 내부를 향해 이동시키는 용기 형성 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 재배치 단계는 상기 가동성 영역을 용기의 내부내의 위치로 이동시키는 용기 형성 방법.
- 용기의 결정도를 증가시키기 위한 방법에 있어서,가동성 영역을 갖는 블로우 성형된 용기를 형성하도록 패리즌을 팽창시키는 단계, 및상기 블로우 성형된 용기를 충전하기 이전에 상기 가동성 영역을 재배치하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 가동성 영역의 적어도 일부는 상기 블로우 성형된 용기로부터 외부로 돌출하는 용기 결정도 증가 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 블로우 성형된 용기를 배출하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 용기 결정도 증가 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 재배치 단계는 상기 배출 단계 이전에 이루어지는 용기 결정도 증가 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 재배치 단계는 상기 배출 단계 이후에 이루어지는 용기 결정도 증가 방법.
- 가동성 영역을 구비하고, 지지면을 갖는 베이스를 구비한 용기를 형성하기 위한 베이스 조립체에 있어서,베이스 받침대, 및상기 베이스 받침대에 결합된 베이스 플러그를 포함하고,상기 베이스 플러그는 가동성 영역의 적어도 일부가 지지면을 초과하여 베이스로부터 외향 돌출하도록, 가동성 영역을 형성하도록 그리고 베이스의 지지면을 형성하도록 구성된 베이스 몰드를 구비하는 베이스 조립체.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 받침대에 결합된 푸시 로드를 추가로 포함하고,상기 푸시 로드는 용기 충전 이전에 가동성 영역을 재배치하도록 구성되는 베이스 조립체.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 푸시 로드는 로드 단부를 추가로 포함하는 베이스 조립체.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 몰드는 접촉면을 추가로 포함하고,접촉면은지지면을 형성하도록 구성된 표면,상기 캐비티의 표면, 및상기 로드 단부의 표면을 포함하고,상기 캐비티의 표면과 상기 로드 단부의 표면은 가동성 영역을 형성하도록 구성되는 베이스 조립체.
- 용기에 있어서,베이스를 포함하고,베이스는딤플을 갖는 가동성 영역, 및상기 가동성 영역으로부터 편위된 지지면을 포함하며,상기 블로우 성형 이후, 그리고, 충전 이전에, 상기 가동성 영역의 적어도 일부가 상기 지지면을 초과하여 외향 돌출하는 용기.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 상기 가동성 영역은 상기 가동성 영역이 상기 지지면을 초과하여 돌출하지 않도록 재배치되도록 구성되는 용기.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스는 상기 가동성 영역이 내향 연장하도록 재배치되도록 구성되는 용기.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 상기 딤플은 상기 가동성 영역의 중심에 배치되고, 재배 치 이전에, 상기 가동성 영역은 지지면의 최내부 에지로부터 외향 돌출하고, 지지면에 관하여 하향 볼록한 용기.
- 패리즌을 수용하는 단계,리세스를 갖는 벽을 포함하는 몰드 내에 패리즌을 수납하는 단계,블로우 성형된 용기를 형성하도록 상기 몰드 내로 패리즌을 팽창시키는 단계로서, 상기 블로우 성형된 용기는 측벽, 상기 리세스에 형성된 가동성 영역 및 상기 측벽과 상기 가동성 영역 사이의 경계면을 경계형성하는 힌지를 구비하는 팽창 단계, 및섭취가능한 제품으로 상기 블로우 성형된 용기를 충전하기 이전에, 상기 힌지 둘레에서 블로우 성형된 용기의 내부를 향해 상기 가동성 영역을 이동시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 몰드로부터 상기 블로우 성형된 용기를 배출하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 25 항에 있어서, 상기 배출 단계는 상기 이동 단계 이전에 이루어지는 방법.
- 제 25 항에 있어서, 상기 배출 단계는 상기 이동 단계 이후에 이루어지는 방 법.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 상기 몰드는 제1 측부 몰드와 제2 측부 몰드를 포함하고, 상기 블로우 성형된 용기를 배출하는 단계는 상기 블로우 성형된 용기로부터 제1 측부 몰드 및 제2 측부 몰드를 분리시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 28 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 몰드는 상기 리세스를 포함하고, 상기 제2 몰드는 제2 리세스를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 24 항에 있어서, 상기 가동성 영역은 상기 이동 단계 이후에, 취급 손잡이를 형성하는 방법.
- 블로우 성형된 용기의 결정도를 증가시키는 방법에 있어서,가동성 파지 영역을 갖는 블로우 성형된 용기를 형성하도록 리세스를 갖는 벽을 구비한 몰드내에서 패리즌을 팽창시키는 단계로서, 상기 가동성 파지 영역은 상기 리세스에 형성되며, 상기 블로우 성형된 용기는 상기 가동성 파지 영역에 결합된 힌지를 구비하고, 상기 힌지는 상기 블로우 성형된 용기와 상기 가동성 파지 영역 사이의 경계면을 경계형성하는 팽창 단계, 및상기 블로우 성형된 용기의 충전 이전에, 상기 블로우 성형된 용기의 내부를 향해 상기 힌지 둘레에서 가동성 파지 영역을 이동시키는 단계를 포함하는 결정도 증가 방법.
- 제 31 항에 있어서, 몰드로부터 용기를 배출하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 결정도 증가 방법.
- 제 32 항에 있어서, 상기 이동 단계는 상기 배출 단계 이전에 이루어지는 결정도 증가 방법.
- 제 32 항에 있어서, 상기 이동 단계는 상기 배출 단계 이후에 이루어지는 결정도 증가 방법.
- 패리즌으로부터 제1 가동성 파지 영역을 가지는 용기를 형성하기 위한 용기 형성 조립체에 있어서,제1 가동성 파지부 영역의 제1 부분 및 제2 부분을 형성하도록 구성되는 몰드로서, 상기 제1 부분은 제1 힌지 둘레에서 용기의 내부를 향해 회전가능하고, 상기 제1 힌지는 상기 제1 부분과 용기 사이의 제1 봉합부에 형성되며, 상기 제2 부분은 제2 힌지 둘레에서 용기의 내부를 향해 회전가능하고, 상기 제2 힌지는 상기 제2 부분과 용기 사이에 형성되는 몰드, 및블로우 성형 동안, 패리즌을 수납하고, 블로우 성형 이후, 용기를 배출하도록 상기 몰드를 이동시키도록 구성되는 구동 메커니즘을 포함하는 용기 형성 조립 체.
- 제 35 항에 있어서, 용기 충전 이전에 상기 제1 힌지 둘레에서 상기 제1 부분을 회전시키도록 구성되는 제1 푸시 로드, 및용기 충전 이전에, 상기 제2 힌지 둘레에서 상기 제2 부분을 회전시키도록 구성되는 제2 푸시 로드를 추가로 포함하는 용기 형성 조립체.
- 제 35 항에 있어서, 조립체의 몰드는 제1 가동성 파지 영역을 형성하는 제1 몰드 반부와, 제2 가동성 파지 영역을 형성하는 제2 몰드 반부를 포함하고, 상기 제2 가동성 파지 영역은 제1 가동성 파지 영역의 구조, 힌지 및 회전가능한 부분을 가지는 용기 형성 조립체.
- 제 37 항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2 가동성 파지 영역은 소비자의 손이 반전된 파지 영역에 쉽게 끼워지도록 용기 내에 형성되는 용기 형성 조립체.
- 제 37 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 몰드 반부 각각은 가동성 파지부 형성 영역을 포함하고,가동성 파지부 형성 영역은상기 가동성 파지 영역의 제1 외부 파지부를 형성하도록 구성되는 제1 표면,상기 가동성 파지 영역의 제2 외부 파지부를 형성하도록 구성되는 제2 표면,상기 가동성 파지 영역의 제1 내부 파지부를 형성하도록 구성되는 제3 표면,상기 가동성 파지 영역의 제2 내부 파지부를 형성하도록 구성되는 제4 표면, 및상기 가동성 파지부의 리지 영역을 형성하도록 구성되는 제5 표면 영역을 포함하는 용기 형성 조립체.
- 제 39 항에 있어서, 상기 제5 표면 영역은 상기 제3 및 제4 표면들 사이에 배치되고, 상기 제3 및 제4 표면들은 각각 상기 제1 및 제2 표면에 인접하게 배치되는 용기 형성 조립체.
